Hi - I have completed parts 1 and 2 of this module and about to complete the final objective. In this last section after deploying all the Apex classes, CSS, etc from VS Code to my Salesforce org it is asking me to make 'inactive' Advanced Seller Home. I do that, refresh the browser and then am directed to click on app launcher and go to Sales.
No matter what, the Seller Home is still displayed so I am unable to add the custom Lightning component to the sales page. I've tried to turn on Advanced Seller home, refresh and then turn off again, no luck.
Please help! :)

Hola, para este challenge: "Now change the label of the Rating field to Prospect Rating.
- From Setup, enter Rename Tabs in the Quick Find box and select Rename Tabs and Labels.
- In the Action column, click Edit in front of Accounts.
- Click Next.
- Find Rating in the list of standard fields and change Rating to Prospect Rating in the Singular column." No me deja llegar a Rating, me pide cambiar el nombre, alguien sabe que puede ser?

Por favor verifique si tiene algún otro objeto con el mismo nombre que Cuenta
Setup --> Object Manager --> Quick Find --> Type - Account
See If you have any other object - mostly custom object with the same name as Account & Api Name would be Account__c
If you find one --> Change the custom object name to something else & then try again
i am getting this error.......We found more than one agent named CC Service Agent in your playground. Rename any duplicate agents.

I need a YOY % change report for Events. This would be a comparison of scheduled events for this month vs. this month last year and since would be a row count comparison, the formula doesn't work.
Results needed: By Assigned to, 2025 This month compared to 2024 this month , % change in number of events scheduled during that time. Example below of how I want the end result to look
I created two formula check box fields for This Month and This Month Last year but cannot figure out the formula to compare the numbers.
All suggestions welcome!

Variance (Percent) = ___% ?
What result would you want the Report Formula to return?
