Hi,

I’m currently working on the "Organization-Wide Defaults" challenge in the Salesforce Admin Beginner Trailhead module.

I’ve set the organization-wide default sharing settings as follows:

  • Account and Contract: Public Read Only (Grant Access Using Hierarchies checked).
  • Opportunity: Private (Grant Access Using Hierarchies checked).

However, I’m getting the error:

“Challenge not yet complete in Second Salesforce Playground. We can't find the correct organization-wide default sharing setting for Opportunity.”

I’ve reviewed my settings multiple times, but I’m still unable to pass the challenge. Could you help me troubleshoot what might be wrong?

Thank you for your time!

I'm stuck on the

I'm trying to complete the Agentblazer Champion trail. It says I need to connect Data could to the AI  playground. I tried to do that by going into the  "Get Started with Data Cloud and AI"  trail, but i'm unable to reset password.

I have already completed the Coral cloud resorts agent in Sandbox

I’d double-check two things: you're trying to reset the password for the correct org, it's different from your main Trailhead or sandbox logins. Second, check your spam/junk folder, those reset emails sometimes land there. If nothing’s coming through at all, I’d suggest spinning up a fresh org from the trail link again.

Just use a different email alias (like [name+ai@domain.com](mailto:name+ai@domain.com)) to avoid conflicts. That usually works when the original setup hits a weird state.

Hi all,

My client is looking for a survey platform to integrate with Marketing cloud account engagement.

I have searched from appexchange, and found Jotform and SurveyMonkey, but seems like most of surveys are connected to Sales/Service cloud, not Account Engagement.

Has anyone using Survey platform with Account Engagement? or any recommendation?

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, most survey tools lean toward Sales/Service Cloud. If you're set on syncing responses into Account Engagement, you might need a third-party tool, like Skyvia. It can move survey data into custom fields or objects tied to prospects

Hello trailblazer

I'm trying to find out if there's a way to determine whether MuleSoft is subscribed to a Salesforce Platform Event, and specifically, to see the last published ID and the last subscribed (processed) ID.

Is there a way to retrieve these details for internal subscribers?

Appreciate your help.

How to get the information about External Subscriber(outside Salesforce) to Platform Events

    Hi @Rajat Sharma

Currently, Salesforce does not offer a native way to view or track external subscribers (such as MuleSoft) to Platform Events. The EventBusSubscriber object only displays internal subscribers like Apex Triggers, Flows, and Processes.

You can refer to the following IdeaExchange post and consider upvoting it to support this feature request:

    Thanks!

We can't find the expected SAML Single Sign-On settings.

I have done with all the possible scenario and also spend 4-5 hours to resolve this but still not get it.

If it helps anyone, I have passed the challenge. While updating the single sign on settings I selected the wrong Signature method. Instead of selecting RSA- SHA1, I had selected RSA-SHA256. So do check that once for those who have done everything correctly and passed the SAML response but still getting We can't find the expected SAML Single Sign-On settings error.

Hi,

I got a new developer org. I am trying to create a prompt template where I must add Fitness custom object as a resource. I am not able to find this custom object in the org. Can some one help how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

The Fitness custom object isn’t included by default in a regular developer org, it’s specific to the special org provisioned for the Prompt Builder Superbadge. You’ll need to sign up using the dedicated link provided in the superbadge instructions (usually labeled Get Your Special Org). If you already did that but still can’t see the object, double-check you’re logged into the correct org, users often accidentally switch to a standard dev org without realizing it. If the issue persists, you might need to request a fresh org through the same link and start from there.
