    So, you need to uncheck those fields and click Save. 

    Then, check them again — but only for Edit Access this time. 

     

    Whether it's a bug or something else, I’m not sure, but I personally got stuck on this step for 30 minutes while trying to find a solution =)

Hi everyone.  

I have a question regarding the Marketing Cloud's SAP domain that's configured.  

I got informed from my company that the domain that is used in Marketing Cloud vulnerable and I was asked to take action promptly.  

When I checked the domain inspection site (

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/index.html

), the domain that is used in my MC, is using TLS 1.2 protocol.  

I think I should upgrade it to TLS 1.3 protocol.  

How can I upgrade it? Do I have to ask the Salesforce team?  

If there is someone who has had a similar experience, I would appreciate it if you could share the details.

     It would be best to reach out to Salesforce Support regarding this.  Salesforce Support can confirm whether TLS 1.3 is supported for your domain setup and guide you through any necessary steps if an upgrade is possible or planned. They are the right point of contact to address security configurations related to domains within Marketing Cloud.

    This error is not on your side; it's an issue with the Challenge itself.

    All you can do for now is wait until the error is fixed, or you can contact Salesforce Help Team,

     for notify you when it is resolved.  

     

    For example, I clicked "Check Challenge" in a Playground where I hadn't completed any steps from this task, and I received an error

Hi Guys, 

 

I'm using salesforce recently released flow approval process, in which we have option to send custom notification to approver. I configured all required configuration still I'm not able to get the email notification as a approver. Could anyone please suggest if I've missed anything to configure.

    I have same problem you. I got a big hint from Keiji (who make link to you), so I leave the answer what I solved.

    Follow below step.

    1. Edit the Record Type of Account

        Absolutely, you must got error message when deactivate Record Type.

        But push it.  SO you can see the profile list have usage of this Record Type.

    3. Go Record Type Setting (scroll down this page)

    4.Remove Selected Record Type

    You almost touch down. It is nine yard.

    5. If you remove each profile's Selected Record Type, You can deactivate this Record Type.

    6. After the check deactivate of that Record Type, You VERIFY again.

     

    That was my case when can't not find Entitlements in page layout of Account object.

    You accidentally deleted Account History records, especially for the account named "Grand Hotels & Resorts Ltd. 

    Now to resolve this, 

    Step 1: Confirm Account Exists

    • Go to App Launcher → Accounts
    • Search for Grand Hotels & Resorts Ltd
    • If it’s missing, re-create it manually (with all required fields)

    Step 2: Check Field History Tracking

    1. Go to Setup → Object Manager → Account
    2. Click on Fields & Relationships
    3. In the top-right, click Set History Tracking
    4. Ensure "Enable Account History" is checked
    5. Select at least 1–2 fields (e.g., Rating, Industry, Account Type)

    Step 3: Generate a History Record

    • Go to the Grand Hotels & Resorts Ltd account record
    • Edit one of the tracked fields (e.g., change Rating from “Hot” to “Warm”)
    • Save it
    • Do this more than once if needed (changing it again will create another history record)

    NOTE - Each change creates one AccountHistory record. 

     

    Final Step: Re-run the Superbadge Check

We have a merge action to send emails to students in a report.  That merge action has been working until recently.  Now the emails are not sending and a task is being generated that states that the "user has insufficient privileges".  The user running the merge action does have permissions to send emails in Salesforce and has been able to successfully run the merge action before.  Any ideas why the emails would stop sending and suddenly state insufficient privileges.  Also the user running the merge action is not seeing an error message in Apsona.  The only indication that the emails are not sent is the task that is created.  I had the user clear her cache before running the merge again.  Unfortunately, that did not work.  Has anyone else seen this?
