Hi, I work on a PSS Benefits Management project and am running into something puzzling...  

 

We're trying to add the Claim Participant related list on both Person Account & Business Account layouts, however, the Claim Participant layout doesn't seem to be available under related lists for Account, despite the Claim Participant object has out-of-box lookup fields to Account.  

 

I believe we have the correct license and perm sets related to Public Sector Access and Benefit Disbursement... this drives me crazy enough that I'm posting on a Friday night! If someone has run into something similar and solved this, please reply to this thread.

Hi, I am trying to set the action " Answer questions with Knowledge", however agent doesn't retrieve the information, am I missing anything. 

 

Do we need to have all the knowledge articles in Data cloud for this to work? Please guide, thanks

    The answer is yes, you need to turn Data cloud ON so that, the actions including knowledge articles inside the agent are enabled.  

     

    On the other hand, it is necessary to create a data library that you will reference in the agent builder.  

     

    Finally, make sure that the user being used in the agent (if it is a service agent type) has the PSG assigned: AgentforceServiceAgentUserPsg . Otherwise you may experience some problems with the KnowledgeSummary output.

SSO setup in Salesforce with Azure: 

It seems like we can increase the allowed time window, but it is not clear how to do this. 

It says we may be able to access it indirectly through the TokenLifetimePolicy from Azure. 

Any suggestions how to fix this?

I am simply using the border 1px solid color code for a box and it has table structure. I have used inline CSS property, still sometimes left border not visible and sometimes bottom border not visible. Please can someone help me with this.

    Hi , 

     

     

    You need to check if somehow you missed field level security Click on the field and check field level security.

    1. From Setup, open Object Manager, and then in the Quick Find box, enter the name of the object containing the field.
    2. Select the object, and then click Fields & Relationships.
    3. Select the field you want to modify.
    4. Click Set Field-Level Security.
    5. Specify the field's access level.
    6. Save your changes.

Hi,

I am trying to build an agent for Coral Cloud Resort by following instructions laid out here: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/quick-start-build-your-first-agent-with-agentforce/configure-an-agentforce-service-agent.

 

I get to this step:

 

Configure the Agent

Next up, create topics and actions for the agent. In other words, if a client asks about a topic, what action(s) should the agent produce?

  1. In the Setup Quick Find, search for and select Agents.
  2. Select Coral Cloud Experience Agent (the last agent in the list).
  3. Click Open in Builder.
  4. Click the down arrow and select New Topic.

... and while the Trailhead shows a picklist with "New" and a down arrow, and a "+ New Topic" that should be selectable...

 

... my org has no picklist at all.  So I can do step 3 but cannot execute Step 4, as there is no down arrow.

 

Please advise.

So - I have a question about the new Action buttons in flow.  I see if there is an error when clicking on the button, the following message displays "Something went wrong. Contact your Salesforce admin for help"    So can that message be adjusted?  Also is there a way to have the flow not just display an Error Message using the Display Text component, but to like re-direct the user, so that the don't click on the action button again....    I am asking because, yes, users are clicking on the button multiple times after the error...

 For futher context, i have the interest summary field built and all the other steps done, this is jus the error i keep receiving and cant seem to resolve

Can anyone help me figure out how to resolve this error on the second step of the innovator agentforce superbadge?

    Hello @Lauren Shovel have you checked that the field respects the required and expected Interest_Summary__c API name ? and have you checked that you are verifying the challenge in the dev edition in which you have configured it ? Eric

I'm stuck on the Prompt Builder Templates Superbadge Unit for the first exercise. I'm able to get the Italian translation on the record to work but I'm getting the following error and I've attached my flow -

    Hello @Kelly Keeney either the flow has not been activated after being modified and saved, or maybe you are not verifying the challenge in the dev edition created for this challenge. Eric
