Hi, I work on a PSS Benefits Management project and am running into something puzzling...
We're trying to add the Claim Participant related list on both Person Account & Business Account layouts, however, the Claim Participant layout doesn't seem to be available under related lists for Account, despite the Claim Participant object has out-of-box lookup fields to Account.
I believe we have the correct license and perm sets related to Public Sector Access and Benefit Disbursement... this drives me crazy enough that I'm posting on a Friday night! If someone has run into something similar and solved this, please reply to this thread.
