Hi everyone, 

 

I'm an admin working on setting up Tableau Next and Agentforce in our Salesforce Sandbox environment. We've successfully enabled the following settings: 

 

- `TableauPlatformEnabled` = true 

- `TableauAgentEnabled` = true 

- Other related feature flags like `SemanticAuthoringAIEnabled` and `TableauEnhancedVisualizationAuthoringEnabled` are also enabled 

- The user has been assigned the correct permission sets (`Tableau Next  Administrator `) and license (`Tableau Next Creator`) 

- We have already saved the “Analytics and Visualization” template from the Tableau Next admin screen 

 

Despite all of this, when trying to create a new Agent in Tableau Next, the “Analytics and Visualization” template does not appear in the list of available templates. 

 

Other templates like: 

- Agentforce Service Agent 

- Agentforce Employee Agent 

- Agent for Setup 

do appear as expected. 

 

I’ve also confirmed that this is not a UI cache issue — we've tried different browsers and English UI users, but the template still does not show up. 

 

### Questions: 

1. Is the “Analytics and Visualization” template not provisioned in Sandbox orgs? 

2. Is this template limited to certain editions, licenses, or regions? 

3. Does it require explicit provisioning from Salesforce Support as part of a pilot or beta program? 

 

Any help or confirmation would be greatly appreciated!

In the module "Get Started with Data Cloud and AI playground", the first step is to connect to a playground, I connected but never received the email notification to reset my password. 

Followed the suggestions in the help as well as the community here and nothing seems to work. I've completed the following: 

1. checked that my spam/filter is not removing the support emails 

2. made sure that my profile settings were accurate 

3. disconnected the Org from my trailhead profile (but the org is still connected to the module) 

4. restarted Chrome/laptop 

Still nothing. I don't have the support email to reset my password and I cannot try to connect to the playground anew. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone. I have been having issues with this task; I have restarted and changed Playgrounds several times but still it does not work.. Once I have gone into step 4, clicking on Unified Link 1 there I can not go through the Edit Element:  

 

  • Haga clic en el icono Setup (Configuración) y, a continuación, en Setup (Configuración).
  • Escriba flows (flujos) en la búsqueda y, a continuación, haga clic en Flows (Flujos) (en Process Automation [Automatización de procesos]).
  • Haga clic en Create Check-in Guest Event (Crear evento de registro de huésped).
  • Haga clic en el elemento Unified Link 1 (Vínculo unificado 1) y, después, en Edit Element (Modificar elemento).

 

And it pops up a message :

 

You can’t activate this automation until you resolve 3 errors” and they go like:

  • Reservation 1Because the sObjectOutputReference field is set, you also need to set the following fields: object.
  • Unified Link 1Because the sObjectOutputReference field is set, you also need to set the following fields: object.
  • Unified Link 2Because the sObjectOutputReference field is set, you also need to set the following fields: object.

I will appreciate any help.

I am getting this error in challenge 3 in Prompt Builder of Film Festival Related Answers, 

When i am trying to save the template, I am getting this error-  

 

We couldn't complete your request. Resolve the following errors and try again.

EinsteinSearch:Default_FileUDMO_SI_Retriever_1Cx_tFBfce94f96 is missing the following required fields

• Search Text 

 

Can anyone please help me what I am missing here?

    I had to click on the Input:Question first then click on the retriever link for my LEFT frame to refresh correctly.  I think it just needed focus changed. 

     

    Salesforce really needs to polish their interfaces more.

On the desktop everything looks good, even when previewing mobile on the desktop but not when accessing on a phone. I need help getting the tile menu images to appear on a phone. I also need assistance with the menu font automatically showing up on a home page hamburger menu on the phone when clicking the menu button.

    Hey @Dawn Niemann, make sure your images are externally visible if it's a public site. If it's not set to visible external/public, then it won't show up on the experience site.

I completed the trail but got this message, Step not yet complete in Agentforce

The CC Service Agent still includes the topic Account Management. Make sure it was unselected. 

To resolve this, I went back to the Builder to delete Account Management but got a message it couldn't save and to try again. Do I just delete the CC Service agent and start over since editing it didn't work? 

 

I get this error, Step not yet complete in Agentforce  The CC Service Agent still includes the topic Account Management when trying to verify the Configure Agentforce for Service trail.
