I’m working on the “Manage Job Applications” permission set challenge. 

I created the Candidate and Position as custom objects and added lookup fields to the Job Application custom object. 

 

However, when I try to configure field-level security in the permission set, the Edit access checkboxes are disabled for all fields. I can’t enable or disable edit access, so I’m unable to meet the requirement: 

 

“Users should have read and edit access to all Job Application fields, except no edit access to Position and Candidate.” 

 

Because of this, I can’t complete the challenge. Has anyone else run into this issue or know how to resolve it?

I'm trying to complete the challenge : 

Upgrade a custom record page to Dynamic Forms 

but I'm having a error saying that ma page wasn't upgraded to use Dynamic Forms which I did. 

 

 Any recommendation ?

     I was facing the same issue recently and got some support from Salesforce and they figured that for me it was not working due to having Automated Account Fields enabled.

     

    I had originally missed this per the second to last bullet on the Dynamic Forms Limitations documentation.

    To disable Automated Account Fields:

    • From Setup, enter Account Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Account Settings.
    • Select Enable Automated Account Fields.
    • Uncheck it to disable.

Bonjour, 

 

Je suis en train de réaliser le trailhead Utilisation de l'assistant d'importation de données mais je n'arrive pas à avancer. 

 

Je télécharge le fichier Lead Import, je fais le nettoyage de données demandé, j'enlève également les espaces vides, je renomme certaines en-têtes mais lorsque que j'utilise Data Import Wizard pour importer les données depuis le fichier csv, je remarque que tous les champs sont sur une seule ligne UNMAPPED. 

 

Qu'est-ce que je dois faire?

    Hi , 

     

    This is due to your csv delimiter being a semi-colon instead of a comma. This happens in some locales since they use the comma as a thousands separator.

How to track user activity for Pulse mertics?  

I have  seen Pulse dashboard but it showed published details of ownership & data sources. it doesnt give day to day usage of users to track the activity . Please advise

Hi every one I'm facing an issue  that is stating "Step not yet complete in Agentforce, We can't find that the Experience Management topic has six instructions." whenevr i try to verify the last step.  

I have completed and added all the instructions already, tried deavtivating and restarting also, but unable to resolve it. How do I correct it...?

    Go back to Agent -> open the service agent -> deactivate the agent -> click on 'Experience Management' -> remove all the instructions -> add 6 blank instructions then start putting the instruction added in trailhead one by one-> activate -

Because I changed jobs, the company email address bound to my registered account was cancelled and I can't log in to my account, but my certificate information is in it. How can I log in to my account?

    Hi , 

     

    When I contacted support, I was told that this issue would be handled globally. 

     

    ▼Step 1: Log in to Trailhead with your personal Gmail email. 

     

    Open the settings page, enter a new email address (I used a Yahoo address) in "Email Account" and log out. 

     

     ▼Step 2: Log in to Trailhead with the new email address you connected/added in step 1 > Go to the Settings page > Disconnect "Email", "Google", and "gmail.com

    " and log out. 

     

    ▼Step 3: Create a new Trailhead account with "Address not shown in PlayGround". 

     

    Go to the Settings page and connect the new email from step 1 under Email accounts. 

     

    After merging the accounts, delete the new email address and leave only "Personal Gmail". 

     

    After doing this, I logged into PlayGround and the problem was resolved.

Hi guys, 

 

I noticed a weird behaviour happened on the FromAddress from a new case created via Email-To-Case where the FromAddress is showing the combination of member email address + the email domain of the ToAddress. 

 

For example: 

 

Member email address:

david@gmail.com

  

To Address:

CS@ogg.com

(our cs email address that set in email-to-case) 

 

However, the FromAddress is not showing '

david@gmail.com', instead, it shows 'david.gmail.com@ogg.com

'. 

 

I'm not sure if this is an known issue but it happen quite frequently hence trying my luck to look for an solution here.

Running the trailhead - I believe I have everything added and typed in correctly. I have logged out and back in. I copy and pasted everything, then tried manually typing it twice. No avail. Has anyone found a solution to this error on the playground check?
