I'm following thru the badges about "knowledge". I created a new playground, followed the exact steps, don't think I missed anything. But the "Email" option is nowhere to be seen under Feed in the case record. I've looked everywhere, rechecked the steps, searched online and followed all the steps again, nothing's missing but the email is still not available.  

 

How strange! I'm glad it allows me to pass by skipping the testing part, though. Anyone ever had the same experience? Any clue how to have it fixed?

I have a couple of users reporting not able to access the app after login, the app gets stuck on this screen below.  The user profile shows that they logged in. They have restarted the device and reinstalled the app again but nothing. I have revoked all auth connections in profile (as this worked before with other users) but no results so far.  I appreciate any feedback !

    This usually happens when the Service resource record is not shared with the User associated with the service resource, please check the sharing of the service resource record.

Hello, we recently switched from DocuSign to Conga Sign. In DocuSign, a certificate of completion was included for every electronically signed document. Does Conga have something similar? One of our customers is requesting it right now, and this will come up again. I've tried reaching out to Conga support, googling it, and searching Reddit, but I'm not finding an answer. Working with Conga has not been a good experience. We're three months in and I regret switching.

Hi there, 

 

We’ve suddenly run into an issue with formal and informal greetings in Salesforce NPSP. 

 

Previously, the greetings were behaving correctly. For example, if a contact was marked as deceased (e.g. John [Deceased] and Margaret Smith), the formal greeting would correctly show Margaret Smith, and the informal greeting would show Margaret

only. 

 

However, last Friday we noticed that deceased contacts were being included again in both the formal and informal greetings. We initially assumed it might have been changed accidentally by a team member, so we corrected it manually. 

 

But this morning, we found the same record had reverted — the deceased spouse was included again in the greetings! 

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have an error in this step where it says I can haven't added anything to the Start?  Can someone help me with this screen?  I can't activate until I resolve.
