Get the instruction to Reset Your Data Cloud and Einstein AI Playground Password
I chose that and get the reply: We sent a password reset email to
sduhaime@salesforce.com from support@salesforce.com. Not finding the email? Get Help
I've waited over an hour and have not gotten the email.
Also using the old user name and trying to reset password also doesn't end up in getting a password.
I am required to finish this trail this week. Any ideas?

I am trying to access a new play ground but it keeps refusing to accept my password - they are correct as I have retained a note of it

I have a lookup component on a screen flow is that not allowing some users to select a value. When the user tries to pick a record, the screen blinks and shows this message "Select an option from the picklist or remove the search term." Please see attachment. This is a required field and users have access to the lookup records. I did not have this problem last week. I tired updating API version to the latest with no success. Clearing browser seems to temporarily fix the issue. Salesforce support said that it is a browser issue and not a Salesforce issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

my issue was with a user record, the solution was using a different standard user field API to do the lookup (Ex: CreatedById instead of Id). The logic doesnt really make sense since I didn't want to lookup who the user was created by, but it works.
I’m currently working through the "Become an Agentblazer Champion" module, and I’ve reached the section titled "Configure Agentforce for Service." However, I’ve hit a roadblock related to my login.
I had previously reset my Salesforce password successfully, but unfortunately, I forgot the new password soon after setting it. Since then, I’ve been trying to reset it again, but every time I attempt to do so, I keep receiving the same reset link in my email. When I click on it, it leads me to the “Reset Password” page, but after clicking the button, it shows an error saying I cannot reset the password because I haven't answered a password hint question.
Now, I’m stuck in a loop: I can't access my account, and I can't reset my password either. I’ve tried clearing browser cookies, using incognito mode, and waiting for the link to expire, but nothing seems to help.

I am making a flow, to lookup account anywhere in the system.
It will be a flow component to find the correct account and then all related custom object records.
However I am off to rough start.
I am getting no records in return and can't select any account.
Getting error:
Select an option from the picklist or remove the search term.
and the wheel keeps spinning
