Have a good day, dear colleagues. I was following a customized Trailmix by a 3-star ranger. I recommend it for beginners, Link. I have noticed that some Superbadges have been removed from Salesforce. Does anyone have got idea why they did it? For example, Business Administration Specialist

is not available anymore. Thanks for reading!

Hello Trailblazers,

I am currently developing a page that lists various Page Designer pages, sorted by their creation date.

While the Business Manager clearly displays a creation date for each Page Designer page, I have not found any method or property in the documentation that allows access to this information through the Page object.

Does anyone know if the creation date is accessible through any API or another approach? Or is this information restricted to the Business Manager interface only?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

I have created Proper action plan template and associated it with assessment task definition (of type inventory check). This also has a assessment indicator definition associated to it. My action plan template also has normal task in addition to assessment task.    Now when I publish my action plan template and create an assessment plan against a visit, then an assessment task and normal task is getting created. I can see both these records as creator(admin)    But now when I login as the sales rep, I'm not able to see the assessment task record. That object itself comes as full blank. In Profile of the rep CRED is already given for that object    Retail store KPI record is also there with same assessment indicator definition (Without In-store location category, as this field is disabled for me as an admin as well. )    Retail Visits KPI is also not created when action plan is created.     Help me solve this complex puzzle called salesforce. I read all documentation from help.salesforce.com, unable to solve this    Retail visit KPI record also is not getting created.

UPDATE

: After investigation, it seems that filters that have been added to context are causing the error. The workbook opens fine when all filters have been removed from context, and does not allow me to add filters to context without producing the same error. Is there a solution for this? The context is necessary for the calculations we are doing.

I get the following error and the workbook is completely unusable. I can only access the workbooks when switching back to one of the 2024 versions

After upgrading to version 2025.1 of tableau desktop, I am no longer able to open some of my workbooks

We are implementing Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Summit Events and are looking for a templated Journey we can leverage. I'd also to hear any lessons learned and/or gotchas with any combination of Summit Events, Marketing Cloud and Ed Cloud. Many thanks all!

For a templated journey are you just looking for a case study/documentation of an example with callouts on issues encountered and best practices?

    Hi, @Yam Knutsen Almiron

I think you did everything correctly, but the Challenge verification system expects the Type to be:

Website, while in your case we can see a slightly different value: Website (Sitio Web).

Therefore, I would recommend switching the primary language of both Trailhead and your Salesforce Org to English, and then everything should work.

    Sincerely,

Hello - this may be a basic question but wanted to reach out to see how others are solving this to help enhance my dataloading workflow.

I'm working on importing Account Team assignments for a list of Accounts. I have a spreadsheet that contains AccountId with 3 columns for each of the Account Team Members. See below screenshot of example spreadsheet:

How to get values from columns into unique rows to import with dataloader for Account Teams?

I now need to get a new row for each Account Team Member (record) that will be imported. So 3 rows for AccountId 123 (one for Bob - Primary Owner, one for Shae - Terminal Manager, one for Shae - CSR). Cells D1, E1, F1 are the Team Member Roles, and then everything beneath them will be the users assigned those roles on the Account Team (I have a separate list of User Ids).

Is there an easy way in google sheets/excel to efficiently get this data broken out from this single row per Account into multiple rows for each associated Account Team Member for data import?

If it's only three columns I'd just do three imports to get it done quickly. Import 1 use account id and primary owner, import 2 use account id and terminal manager etc

Hello. I'm looking for suggestions on the best approach to track this scenario: an account record owner changes a Picklist value to "Sent to PC." I want to capture this date and then, say, send a notification or email to that record owner if the "Sent to PC" picklist value hasn't changed to another value ("Completed") after 5 days.   I saw suggestions on how to capture the date it was changed, but I'm unsure approach the send part so that the record owners aren't alerted after 5 days even those "Sent to PC" is no longer the chosen picklist value.   I hope that makes sense!

Use a record triggered flow with a scheduled path. Scheduled path should be five days after the pick list change.

In your path use a decision element to check if pick list value is still "Sent to PC". If it is, send your alert, if not do nothing
