I was able to complete all the steps until the last section of editing the existing flow. -

  1. Click the Event Summary element.
  2. For Value, copy and paste this:

    Check-in date of {!Reservation_1.Check_in_Date_c__c}, check-out date of {!Reservation_1.Check_out_Date_c__c}, for room type {!Reservation_1.Room_type_c__c}.

However, when I clicked on save, I saw an error message and now I am unable to access the flow entirely and keep seeing the error message. Screenshot -  Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language: Unable to Open Flow after finishing most of the updates

    Hi Shiksha

Green colour tick mark is still not on top of module "Validation Rules".

If that's completed and is not reflecting then please clear cache, retry the same.

Also try in a different browser.

    Thanks

Hi everyone,

I'm running into a frustrating issue when importing records to Salesforce using Data Loader or the Import Wizard.

In my case, I have a custom object Convenio that relates to Sucursal via the external ID field IdExterno__c (which is a Number type, no decimals). In Excel, the value appears as 1, 2, 3, etc., but when I save the file as CSV and import, Salesforce reads it as 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and throws this error:

pgsqlCopiarEditarINVALID_FIELD: Foreign key external ID: 1.0 not found for field IdExterno__c in entity Sucursales__c

🛠 Here's what I’ve already tried:

  • Changed column format to Text in Excel.
  • Used =TEXT(H2,"0") or =TEXTO(H2;"0") formulas.
  • Pasted as Values Only.
  • Opened and cleaned the data in Notepad.
  • Created a brand new Excel file from scratch.
  • Tried on another computer with a fresh Excel install.
  • Used Salesforce ID instead of external ID (same problem).
  • Manually typed values (that used to work, but no longer do).
  • Also used the Inspector in Data Loader to verify the values being sent.

Still, the same .0 keeps showing up after saving to CSV or uploading, even though visually in Excel it shows as a clean integer (no decimal).

❓ How can I prevent Excel from turning these values into decimals when exporting or uploading? Or alternatively, is there a trick in Salesforce or Data Loader to accept this format?

I’ve already loaded 2,600 of 15,000 records successfully — only those that don’t show .0 passed. The rest continue failing. Any suggestions would be really appreciated 🙏

Thanks in advance!

External ID not found – Excel automatically adds decimal (.0) when importing to Salesforce

In the Get Pricebook element, we can’t find a condition requirement that 'Price Book Name Equals Standard Price Book'.

I am from the Trailhead Help Team. Can you please confirm if you're still seeing an issue? If yes, please help us with the Trailhead module and share the URL of the unit along with the error screenshot if possible.

    Thank you!

Hello and Happy 4th I have multiple product options that I would like to hide from the configuration page. I don't understand product rules 100%, but I was able to create a Product Rule (Selection) to hide a Single. product option.

My End Goal:

Is to hide many product options with a Single Product (Selection)

  • I have about 20-25 product options that are present in 5-6 bundles that need to be hidden from Product Configuration Page.
  • Is there a way I could create a new field on the product option called "hide from product configuration" and then somehow call that checkbox in a Product Rule (Selection)?
  • Attached Word Doc containing Product Rule (Selection) Screenshots.

Hi and thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately that will for my use case since there are some products within the bundle that can still be sold.

    Thanks

In my actual CPQ challange  there is a  task which asks to edit a line in quote 00004 :

  • On the Security System for New Office Location opportunity for Edge Communications, edit lines for Q-00004

But I don't find it. I've checked it in recycle bin. (It's empty) How can I solve this problem?

    @Kálmán Mihály

Make sure that all Challenges from this topic are completed in the same Playground. Each subsequent Challenge builds on the previous one.

Also, make sure that All Records is selected in the list view, not Recently Viewed
