Is Us Based field not recognising and not able to enable now. How to enable a formula field on data Stream. (Lead_Home)

I have created a formula field 'Is US Based' and API Name 'Is_USA_Based__c'. 

and saved- once i verify the step, error displayed as  

'Step not yet complete in Data Cloud

We can't find the field ‘Is US Based’ (API Name includes ‘Is_US_Based__c’) associated with the Data Stream ‘Lead’. 

I disabled it to create again, Please reply, why it is not recognising created formula field and How to enable it. 

Not able to create a formula field with same name. 

existing one is disabled. and not recognised by  trailhead. 

Please do needful.

The 'AccountTrigger' isn't calling the AccountTriggerHandler class correctly. Double check the instructions and make sure you're using the isBefore or isInsert context variables in your trigger.

Data Source Object not an available drop down under Field in Unified Link 2 for Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language

The instructions on this trail say "For Data Source, choose Data Cloud Object

" under Unified Link 2. There is no dropdown available for this, and I can't type in a value. I cannot progress beyond this, as other steps are dependent. How can I resolve this? 

 

I've had many issues with this challenge - seems there are ongoing bugs.

    The data was ingested properly and the ruleset ran successfully (was published), so I don't know how to resolve this.

Renewal Pricing in RCA

Does anyone know if RCA has similar functionality to CPQ where you can renew something as a different product? or Renew it for a different price?

    @Anthony Mottola as far as I know there is no native functionality. It requires custom solution to override product associated to asset, but be careful, we had a lot of dificulties to resolve on orders when tried this approach.

Email Notify when Case not updated in X days

Can you please help me with this request? When a case Category (custom field) = At Risk, notify the Account Owner every 3 days until the case is closed.

    I do not know how to add today + 3 in the Value field.   --- For this you can create a formula field from tool bar where you will add  {!$

    Flow.CurrentDate

    }+3 

     

    This formula shall be used in final update

Hi All! Is there a way to limit global search results to just a few objects? Ie - Account, Contact & Lead?

We are trying to make some improvements for our users that want a very simplified view.  Is there a way to limit global search results to only pull if the searched phrase/word can be found in Accounts, Contacts or Leads? 

 

I appreciate any help or suggestions!

How to manage multiple developers and work item commits without accessing the production environment ?

Hello All,  

 

We are starting to use DevOps center feature. I'm looking for a solution to prevent all developers from having access to production. In our setup, we have several developers working on different work items. How can a developer commit their work to their work item without having access to production? It's not good practice to give all developers access to production, and the release manager can't identify the respective changes to commit to the work item. 

 

Do you have a solution to avoid all developer to access production and be able to use devops center ?

Orchestrated Approval - where does the approval screen come from?

I've created an orchestrated approval along with a custom subflow created from scratch with a customized screen components in the flow. The flow returns the expected approval value and comment. 

 

When I approve a record that uses this orchestrated approval, I see the following screen, not the one I created. In the flow, I can see that my subflow is the one named in the steps. Where does this mystery approval screen come from? Is there a way to substitute my own? I want to provide some additional context to the approvers.

    I created a custom screen flow. Its name is "SEV3 Approval". That's the name that shows in the step of the orchestration flow. 

     

    Why am I seeing the default approval screen when I selected the custom screen flow?
