How can I update in Salesforce Marketing Cloud an unsubscribe form in unsubscribe standard center?

Hi, 

Actually the client has set a defualt unsubscribe page in  Default Subscription Center, they are not using Cloud pages. The client asked me to make an english version of this page but I do not understand if that is possible and if yes how to do it.

    Hi again Lukas, 

    I was wondering were is it possible to enable the International Sends, I mean the interface? Because in the documentation that you've shared it is not clear.  

     

    And also, if I have set the preffered language on my subscriber, and let's say that their language is english, do I also need to create an email in english or will my original email (that is in italian) be automatically translated?

    ! Feel free to reach out on Merkle Teams if you have any questions about my response below on how to get back into the Salesforce Parnter Slack workspace! 

      

    If you already had access to the Salesforce Partner Slack Workspace, you can log back in using the same credentials you use to log into Partner Learning Camp with. In Slack, you can just hit the + icon on the left side menu to add another workspace and select "Sign into another workspace" on the flyout menu that appears after your click. 

     

    You should be taken to a slack LP to log-in. Be sure to use your Merkle email and they should send you a OTP. Once you get logged in, you'll see all the workspaces that your work email address has been added to. You should see "Salesforce" as one of your workspace options and when you click into it, you may be prompted to log in. DONT select the SSO option - I believe you need to select the third options that says "sign in with email", where you can proceed to login with the same creds as your PLC.

    Please setup Organization-Wide Addresses. 

    Setup --> Email --> Organization-Wide Addresses 

    Add your email address here. You can allow access for all the profiles or you can choose System Administrator profile. You will get a verification link to your mail. Please click on that and verify your mail. Post this you will be able to send an email.

Deploy Agent Authentication - Test with and without authentication

I am working on this project and keep getting the error on the last part of the project. 

 

Make sure you follow the gift card prompts and provide the agent with the given survey code.

 

I've followed the prompts and got the gift code so not sure why I cannot move forward.

Suggestions for testing a development made in Apex for Survey objects.

Hi there,

I've made an Apex batch for checking CSAT survey responses. The solution is implemented in Salesforce Surveys. However, when I create the test class, I can't add any record to Survey, SurveyInvitation, SurveyResponse, SurveyQuestionResponse. How could I test the apex code if I can't add record on any of these objects? (SeeAllData=true) is awful and not even feasible, since in production somebody will need to add surveys and answers to them, to deploy the Batch.

Any suggestion would be great! Thanks in advance!

    I mean I can't create test data in a test class for those objects. The only solution is a hard workaround (a best practice as researched) called "repo mocking". That implies to change original class and test class to test a mock instead of original objects. I think I answered the question at this point.

Salesforce B2B Commerce Admin - Products not Visible under Categories in the storefront.
Hi All,

 

I am currently following the B2B 101 admin course but I have a blocker that will not allow me to continue the course.

 

For some reason, in the storefront, I cannot see products under categories that I have defined. I have linked products with categories by using product categories in the backend. Also, I have refreshed the product index and category tree under CC admin.

 

Can anyone please explain what could be causing this issue as I cannot see any faults within the functionality that I have set up?

Pushing MCE data to qlik dashboard

Hello,

 

I'm currently checking for solution to push data our MCE data to qlik for better reporting on our campaigns but I cannot find information nor on qlik website (only core connector) nor on Salesforce community so I'm wondering if someone already had to do so and could share how they did (ideally without third-party tool involved) 😅
