Trailheadには、複数選択肢がありますが、私の画面には選択肢が一つしか表示されない状態です。 

どのように先に進められるか、アドバイスをいただけないでしょうか。

  1. Open AppExchange in a new tab. (Be sure to use a new tab; don't navigate to AppExchange through the Setup menu.)
  2. Click your avatar to open your Trailblazer account menu, then click Settings.
  3. In the Connected Accounts section, click Connect an Account.
  4. Click the Salesforce tile.
  5. If you see the Connect an account, click Log In with a Different Username. If you see a login page, skip to the next step.
  6. Enter your Trailhead Playground username and password, then click Log In.
  7. If necessary, click Approve.

Yes, I made sure that I was in the same playground as the previous steps. 

 

Yes, I know that each step builds on the one before. 

 

I have built this flow 3 different times and it simply doesn't show up when I attempt to "Select the New Guest Newsletter prompt template." It simply is not there.

When beginning this exercise, it asks you to locate Energy Consultations 

in the app finder, but I'm not able to locate this from search or from looking through the app options. Does anyone know what the issue may be here? 

 

I tried just doing Energy Audits rather than Energy Consultations > Energy Audits, but then was not able to proceed in this step because Energy Consultations was not an option  

Hold Up:

Step through the wizard and assign the page to the Energy Consultations app, the Desktop and phone form factor, the Master record type, and both the Custom: Sales Profile and the System Administrator profile. 

 

Any idea on what to do?

I'm devastated to have gotten this far on the trail and not have the problem resolved. This is disappointing. The platform launches training that doesn't work and doesn't allow the student to complete it.

    Currently, there has been an ongoing issue with Challenges related to Data Cloud for about a week. 

     

    Therefore, we need to wait until the issue is resolved. 

     

    Although some users mentioned that creating a new Salesforce org helped them avoid this error, I’ve been creating new Salesforce orgs for three days in a row as an experiment and attempting to complete this Challenge, but I also get stuck at the Identity Resolution creation step. 

     

    So, there is no 100% guarantee that creating a new playground will fix the issue, or that it won’t cause new issues later on. 

     

    I would recommend simply completing other Challenges until this one is fixed.

画面フローの選択リストの表示名って、数式使えないんですかね、、、?? 

動的にしたくてですね。。。 

 

今月の第1週目の日付を並べたいだけなんですけど、うまくいかずとりあえず曜日名を固定でおいているところです。 

数式を入れたら、そのAPI参照名がテキストで表示されます。

I am creating our first flow approval process.  The approval process is on the Case object.  In the orchestration flow, I have two stages; one to get the approval group from custom metadata and to set the Case status to "Submitted for Approval".  The second stage has the screen flow (I used the template).  In that same flow, I have a step to update the Case status and a step to send an email based on the approval decision.  This works great if the screen is used to approve/reject the case approval.   

 

When I approve from the default email sent, the Approval Work Item record gets updated appropriately, but the Case status is not updated and the email is not sent.  I tried moving the Case update/email send to a separate flow and put that in a new stage in the orchestration flow.  This time when I approved by email, it did enter my new flow, but the approval decision was blank.  The approval decision is marked as input/output in the orchestration, as output in the screen approval flow, and as input in the last flow to update the status/send email.   

 

Has anybody used a flow approval process that allowed approval by email and had actions to perform based on the approval decision?  Is there other setup that needs to be done?  If the screen isn't used (i.e. approval done by email), does the Stage with the approval screen complete?

I've made it to the end of AgentBlazer training but I keep getting the message saying, "We can't find that the Experience Management topic has the Get Experience Details action added to it."

I already added the Get Experience Details action so I'm not sure why it's not working.
