I have created two different orgs because the first org was giving me this problem, I have done everything on the instructions. My lens has the same results as the lens shown in the trailhead. However when clicking very step it gives me this error : "There was an unhandled exception. Please reference ID: KSSDQRSB." 

Please Help me

    This is an issue with the Challenge. 

    I tried running the verification on a Playground where I hadn’t done anything related to this Challenge, and I immediately got the same error as you.

    You can also submit a case to Salesforce Help, and once the error is resolved, they will notify you about it.

Hello there, everyone?

How are you doing?

I am having a problem with an email template and it is giving me a headache since I am not able to understand what is happening.

It is in a journey and, althougt the UI/interface tells me that users got it (I can see the number of users that went through that email), when I enter to the email analytics I see that the sends are zero. It seems the users follow the path but the email behave itself as it is not there. I can assure users did not receive the email because I am in the DE and I did not get it.

Has this happened to you before? Do I have to check something specific on the template? As I was saying, I could not find the problem.

The journey settings are ok.

    , the sender profile is ok. It is the one we use for all out commercials comms (we habve several emails in the same journey and all of them work properly but the one I mentioned). My user also has all the permissions needed.

    , I always send some tests to my colleages to check everythibg is ok with the template. All of use received the email.

    I also checked the tracking and there is no error and it is not queued. The status id active.

We have private OWD for Case and using Owner Based sharing rules we are sharing the cases with specific roles and subordinates. 

Now, using a flag on Case record if I mark a Case as 'Private', I need to remove all the Case share records. 

Now the problem is - in Owner Based sharing we can't add field criteria and if I write a trigger or flow to delete Case Share entries, how do I make sure if the Sharing Rule recalculation happens the deleted Case Share entries will be added back.  

If you have worked on any such requirement, your help is much appreciated.

I have a flow, shown below, that is supposed to update a field called Last Activity, when a Case Comment is added to a Case.   

 

I have the flow in a sandbox and it runs perfectly. 

Once it has been through UAT and is promoted to our production environment, I regularly get errors like this: 

 

"This error occurred: SELF_REFERENCE_FROM_TRIGGER: Object 500Pxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is currently in a merge operation, therefore a trigger can not update it" 

 

All the users are doing is adding the Case Comments. The comment is added, but it generates the above error, where  500Pxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is the parent Case ID. 

Using a flow, to update parent case, when a Case comment is added?

 

Anyone got any suggestions, why I am getting a Merged error?

Hi, 

 

I created a flow to create tasks related to Leads when they are created or their status are updated. I added a text template to add a simple subject to this tasks, but it is showing up with the HTML tags. 

 

This is my text template:  

Why do text templates in flow show as HTML?

 

And this is how it looks when the task is created:

Hi guys, I came here for an advice in terms of data retention and data privacy. 

 

We have an use case where we want to collect information about our customers children (we are selling toys). We would like to collect information like 

 

  • whats your children birthday (we will calculate age)
  • whats your children gender
  • what toys categories is your children's favorite

And my questions are:

  • what to be careful with regarding the data retention?
  • can we even store such as data?
  • do we need any special agreement from customers (parents) to collect it?
  • can we use those data for personalisation?
  • Are there any specific requirements or actions to stay GDPR complient
