In this challenge i created the files and followed all the steps but i can't see neither the folder nor the files in the file explorer. When i try to open that particular folder it says 'There is no data provider than can provide view data'.

    Hi , 

     

     

     

    Thanks for provided the org access. I have updated the notificationConsole.js-meta.xml file as below and updated the notification icon in Utility Items(Desktop Only) to announcement in Sales App and now the challenge is working as expected.

How can I resolve this error - "apex language server could not provide information about valid breakpoints".   

 

I have deleted the folders and files in .sfdx which seems to fix the issue for most people.

    It looks like the log file from debug logging.  Doesn't seem to be anything noteworthy about it.   It seems to happen no matter which log file I try to launch the replay debugger with/

My JS1 certification got suspended  while I was taking the exam and I got the below response from Kryterion,

 

"Your exam has been suspended. We are unable to effectively and properly proctor your exam due to your failure to meet certain behavioral or environmental requirements identified by the test sponsor. You have been alerted of behaviors or testing environment infractions that inhibit effective proctoring and you have acknowledged these alerts. The permissible limit of alerts set by the test sponsor has been reached. For this reason, you may not continue your exam. Your responses received up to this point will be reviewed or submitted and your test sponsor will notify you of the final results, if applicable." To be honest I didn't do any malpractices during the exam. i showed test area and room clearly. 

 

I have already opened a case with the trailhead support team. Case no. #01241633 but no response yet.

 

This very much disheartening to see this happing after putting a lot of efforts to prepare for the exam.

 

I sincerely request the team to look into my case and suggest further steps to reschedule my exam at the earliest possible.

My JS1 certification got suspended  while I was entering the exam and I got the below response from Kryterion, 

After i installed LockDownBrowserOEMSetupapplication.  

The staff at webassessor end helped me adjust the exam times twice.  

When I went in again, I did nothing but suddenly stopped my exam.  

I didn't receive any warning. Even worse, I didn't see the question and was forced to quit the exam.

    Hi , 

     

    I've had the same issue, but I managed to solve it. Be sure to take every step like in trailhead description, if you miss something you will get the error about "Cases" in Selected column For me the issue began when I missed the step with naming the "Recent Items" label to "Recent Cases", so after you try numerous times your browser cache gets cluttered and even if you do it right you get the error, so clean up the browser cache and history, and after that make a new playground and follow every step and it'll work

    Hi @Sangeetha Krishanamurthy , 

     

    Hi, I had a very similar error message. On another thread someone posted the instructions below. They worked for me with the added instruction that I had to Deactivate my agent first. Then do these instructions. And then I can't remember if this reactivated my agent, or if I had to do another step to activate it. But, once one, I then clicked the button to verify completion, and it worked :)

     

    Add an Action to Get Session Records

    Use the Get Sessions flow to get the available session records for each experience.

    1. Click New and select Add Action.
    2. Select Flow as the Reference Action Type.
    3. Select Get Sessions.
    4. Leave the other options as is, and click Next.
    5. For experienceId, check Require Input.
    6. For startDate, check Require Input.
    7. For sessions, check Show in conversation.
    8. Click Finish.
