How many subscriptions can the 'org wide email' have?

Hi all, 

 

Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many subscriptions can be assigned to the org wide email address for release item: 

Designate One Email Address to Send Report and Dashboard Subscription Notifications

    Hi @Azhar Bahrainwala

     

    In Salesforce, an organization can have an unlimited number of organization-wide email addresses. There is no limit on how many you can create.

     Try this steps (Pictorially Shown) :- 

    1. For Data Source, choose Data Cloud Object.
      1. Click on 9 Dots search for data cloud
      2. Click on Data Stream
      3. Click on New
      4. In Connected Sources - Select Salesforce CRM
      5. Click Next
      6. Salesforce Org - Select the default org and select  Custom Data Bundles (1)  in the bottom of the page in which you select the salesforce org
      7. Click Next
      8. Click Next (Leave everything as it is)
      9. Click Deploy
    2. For Data Space, choose default.
      1. After you deployed Data Stream
      2. Go to Identity resolution tab on the data cloud app.
      3. Click New
      4. Click on New Ruleset
      5. Click Next
      6. Data Space - select default
      7. Primary Data Model Object - select individual
      8. Match to Data Model Object - select individual (automatically gets selected)
      9. ruleset id (name='ccid')
      10. Click on next
      11. Provide Ruleset name = 'Guest Name and Email'
      12. Description = 'Reconcile Reserve-o-matic contact data with Salesforce contact data' 
      13.  Disable Run jobs automatically. 
      14. Click Save.
      15.  Click Configure. 
      16. Click Next (or pause here and read through the Match Rule Instructions.) 
      17. Click Configure. 
      18. Choose Fuzzy Name and Normalized Email.              

        This determines the primary pieces of data that are used for matching. 

      19. Click Next. 
      20. Click Next. 
      21. Click Save. 
    3. Click the Data Streams tab. 
      1.  Refresh the page in your browser.
      2. All streams need to state Success for Last Run Status and a number (not zero) needs to be present in the Total Records column. If you don’t see these, click the dropdown arrow on the right side of each data stream and select Refresh Now. You may need to refresh your browser again, too.
      3. Click the Identity Resolutions tab. 
      4. Click Guest Name and Email. 
      5. Click Run Ruleset in the upper right corner. 
    4. You should be able to complete your challenge now.

    Shown example for Data Stream, similarly try for Identity resolution, let me know if any help required

Control Access to Object - issue with Challenge

Hi all, 

 

I am having the same issue with Control Access to Object module

 

After completing the challenge I get the below message:

I have checked the permission set "Access and Manage Reviews." and I can see it clearly as per screenshoot below, I have also enabled the object permission as requested on the challenge:

When I go and check the "Recruiters" permission set group, if I click on 

Manage Assignments, I won't see Add Permission Set

.

and I can only add other users.

If I navigate to 

Permission set in group 

I can see the 2 permission set required from the challenge so I am not really sure why is not giving me the exercise as complete?

giving report on special initiatives

Hello, Do you create new specific funds for mini fundraising initatives that you ultimately want counted in your operating annual fund bucket? Ex. mini campaign to replace the roof. If you create a new specific fund, how do you ensure dollars are counted in your general annual operating fund? Do you give the new specific fund the same GL code and run reports on that?

Hello, 

Do you book multi-year pledges using pledge and payments or do you use recurring donations? How do you report on original pledge amount in the current fundraising cycle but exclude payments (so that don't double count)?

    In Salesforce, particularly with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), managing multi-year pledges and reporting on them without double-counting payments can be approached in two primary ways: using Pledges with Payments or Recurring Donations. The choice depends on your organization's accounting method (accrual or cash) and reporting needs.

Webassessor - Keine Onsite Termine für Admin Zertifizierung

Hallo liebe community, 

 

ich scheitere leider bei dem Versuch, mich für eine Onsite Zertifizierung in München zu registrieren. Leider werden in dem kleinen Kalender keinerlei freie Termine vorgeblendet, weder im Mai noch zu späteren Zeitpunkten. Habe es auch schon über verschiedene Browser und an verschiedenen Geräten versucht, jedoch ohne Erfolg.  

 

Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte?

I cannot find the "Reviews" in "Find Settings" on the "Control Access to Modules" section

I am working on the "Control Access to Modules" section of the "Data Security" module. The instructions tell me to look up "Reviews" in "Find Settings" toolbar. I tried doing so, but I cannot locate it.
