Hello. Apologies for the simple questions but I'm getting myself confused around non profit cloud. We are looking at case management to record the 'onboarding' of people to a service and as part of this need to capture some information at the time they start and then some others after. I'm getting myself in a mix as to what object to use for what: 

- Initial onboarding referral information, consents etc. (one off) 

- General risk assessment (one off) 

- Risk assessments (multiple) 

- Specific questions for different types of interactions 

Assessments, care plans and action plans are blurring in my head at the moment - Any pointers massively appreciated.

Hello, I am working on a multilingual chatbot, and I have reached the point where I want to move the changes to another sandbox. However, I haven't found a way to retrieve the translations. I just wanted to check if you have experience with this?

I'm working on the Agentforce Champion Trail "Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout" and I'm stuck at the step where I need to select ExternalReservation as the Data Cloud Object when adding a Data Cloud Related List to the Contact object.

Here are the steps where the issue occurs:

• Setup → Object Manager → Contact
• Data Cloud Related List → New
• At this point, ExternalReservation is supposed to be selected, but it doesn't appear in the dropdown.

I'm not sure if this object should be standard or needs to be created manually. Could you please help clarify and advise how I can proceed? 

I can't go past this challenge. I have computed the right task, but it still won't verify my lesson and it's holding me back from going ahead in my learning. I'm suspecting my countries Naira sign as an issue for setting the opportunity. if there's more to it, I would need helping to go through this process

When workflow rules completely go away, will the Salesforce "out of the box" field trip workflow rule be automatically converted to flow? 

I have added "Printable View" action to account plans page layout and even added in lightning record page but still it is not visible. Any solution?
