Hi  I am hoping that someone can share a link to documentation or a Youtube video as I am struggling to find what I need.    The telephony system is handled by a third party and when a phone call is acceptable a Task Record pops up on the screen. It contains a few details, but I would like a Screen pop up that displays data related to the Contact  ie - phone, email, or any of the flags that we have to establish facts about the Contact - ie Contact requires extra assistance, Is handled by Management?    Any direction or advice appreciated

Has anyone done an Email to Opportunity set up before? I know this isn't a native functionality so I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with creating a solution or know of an app that would accomplish this?

I have created a qualification rule for my product "HondaActiva". I have setup the context definition and Qualification Procedure in product discovery settings. 

Upon creation of Qualification procedure, I am unable to view my products in Quote.

Hi all, 

 

I rescheduled a volunteer shift that someone was already signed up for by changing the date and time in the shift details. I emailed them to let them know there was a change, but when I went to her volunteer personal site, the original shift date and time still appears on "Scheduled Volunteer Shifts." When I click on "details," it gives me the updated date. But this is still a problem if she just checks her upcoming shifts without clicking "details" because the original date and time still appear. Has anyone ran into this issue?

We're looking to include the Reply-To-Address in the footer of an email under a Contact Us link dynamically.  

 

We've found some references to using the attribute %%replyemailaddress%% but this returns the Reply-Mail-Managment configured address for the sender profile, which we all know cannot accept normal email messages.  Messages sent to that address must be configured with a string on data so the handlers know how to process. 

 

The sender profile is configured with several fields referenced in this document:

The field 'AutoForwardToEmailAddress' contains the address we're looking to use - the address which replies get routed to after handling.   

 

How can we insert this address into a the body of a message at send-time?

Our development team has built an application hosted on Azure DevOps that we would like to make API calls to. 

We built an HTTP Callout in a Flow and things work until the token expires, 1 hour after being sent.  

 

I setup the External Credentials to use oAuth 2.0, using the Client Credentials with Client Secret Flow and entered the Client Id and Secret as the principle.

After an hour has passed and the token has expired, instead of sending us a 401 error we get a 302 status, trying to redirect us to a sign in page. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas on what else I can do to cause Salesforce to refresh the token?

    i get the same grayed out screen and nothing happens. Are there any other solutions to convert attachments to files?
