    Hi @Velumala Nikhil

The error you're encountering is likely due to starting the third unit in a new Salesforce org, instead of continuing in the same org where you completed the second unit. Each unit builds on the configurations and data from the previous ones, so switching orgs can lead to missing components required for validation.

To avoid this, we recommend completing all units of the badge in the same Salesforce org.

     Thank you !

Hi everyone, I’m working with a client who is using Nonprofit Cloud for Programs, and I’m looking for some guidance on how to properly structure Care Plans in relation to Case and Case Program records.

In our current configuration,

Care Plans are set up with a master-detail relationship to the Case object — not to Case Program. I understand that Salesforce’s data model encourages tracking program-specific services through the Case Program, and ideally, Care Plans would be tied to each program enrollment via that object.

However, since our org already has active flows and configurations based on Care Plans being children of the Case, I'm wondering what the best path forward would be. I’m trying to balance future scalability and alignment with best practices while avoiding major rework of what's already in place.

Has anyone navigated a similar setup? Would adding a lookup from the Care Plan to the Case Program help bridge this gap? Or is it worth refactoring now to align more closely with Salesforce's intended structure?

Appreciate any insights or lessons learned!

After digging into Salesforce’s documentation and guidance (with help from Trailhead, Google, and plenty of late-night research conversations with ChatGPT), I wanted to clarify why associating Care Plans with the Case Program is the recommended approach I have found — rather than tying them solely to the Case object.

While the official Salesforce Program & Case Management ERD doesn’t show a direct relationship between Care Plan and Case Program, the

Trailhead guidance and the functional model for Nonprofit Cloud for Programs make it clear: Care Plans are intended to support program-specific goals and outcomes. Since the Case Program represents a person’s enrollment in a specific program, it’s the logical place to anchor a Care Plan.

Although this relationship isn’t enforced out-of-the-box, adding a lookup from Care Plan to Case Program aligns with Salesforce’s scalable architecture and helps future-proof our org for features like Benefits and Action Plans.

  1. Click the Setup icon, then click Setup.
  2. Type flows in the search, then click Flows (under Process Automation).
  3. Click Create Check-in Guest Event.
  4. Click the Unified Link 1 element, then click Edit Element.
  5. For Data Source, choose Data Cloud Object.
  6. For Data Space, choose default.
  7. For Object, choose Unified Link Individual ccid

Be sure to choose the right object, there are a few that have similar names.

in the above flow  in data cloud object For Data Space, choose default. the default option is not present at that place  and also Unified Link Individual ccid also not present

As described in the title, can I create a Permission Set Group A with several Permission Sets and put them into a Permission Set Group B, which then contains additional Permission Sets?

I would need to increase the limit of extractable records, because users who use the dashboard would like to see all the available records, that are more than 25000. Is it possible?

Thanks :)

***Update***

I saw that I can use the "query mode" and maybe edit the limit. Is it correct? what is a recommended limit to avoid having exceed limit trouble?

I need to display a picture from a website using its url into the quip cell. Is this possible?

@* Quip *

Yes, you can display a picture from a URL in a Quip document, but not directly in a cell of a Quip spreadsheet (i.e., inside a cell like A1 in Excel or Google Sheets). Here’s how it works and what your options are:

Embed Image in a Quip Document

If you're working in a Quip document (text area) and want to show an image from a URL:

    1. Copy the image URL (must be a direct image link ending in .jpg, .png, .gif, etc.).
    2. Paste the URL directly into the document.
    3. Quip will automatically recognize and embed the image inline.
