Hello everyone,

I'm trying to configure Salesforce Surveys so that I can share public links (without requiring users to log in). I believe I've followed all the necessary steps, but I'm running into a roadblock.

🔧 What I’ve done so far:

  1. I created two Experience Cloud sites:
    • One using the Customer Service template (Aura)
    • Another using a different template (not LWR)
  2. Both sites are active and published.
  3. I gave the Guest User Profile read access to:
    • Survey
    • Survey Invitation
    • Survey Subject
  4. I made sure both sites are public.
  5. I also tested the setup using both the Spanish and English Salesforce UIs.

The issue:

When I go to Setup > Survey Settings, the field “Experience Cloud Site” shows no options to select. Neither of the created sites appears in the list, even though they are properly configured.

My question:

What additional step is required to make a site show up in the Survey Settings

under “Experience Cloud Site”? 

Am I missing anything in the setup process?

I’m attaching a screenshot showing that the site is published and has the required permissions.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated 🙏

登録スケジュールの Cron 式について質問させてください。 

※要望既存のスケジュールは毎日0時から毎日2時15分起動、終了期間無制限へ変更 

 

調べたところ「0 15 2 * * * は「毎日 2 時15分」を意味します。」で設定したらエラーメッセージが表示された 

Support for specifying both a day-of week AND a day-of-month parameter is not implemented 

このように設定したら「0 15 2 ? * 1,2,3,4,5,6,7」正常動いたけれども,これどこがNGですか? 

 

あと一度設定済みのバッチスケジュールの時間を変更したい場合はシステム管理者以外のユーザーが使用したくて何の権限が必要でしょうか?

    曜日を指定しているので、月のところは?にする必要があると思います。

    特定の値を指定しません。

    「任意」として読み取られます。

    Day_of_month と Day_of_week のみで使用され、どちらか一方の値を指定します。

Did anyone finish the UX Designer Certificate recently? I have attempted the exam twice with a failed result, I have completed studing the Trailmix and did all the needed study to pass, can anyone share their experience with UX Designer Certification? I have studied the entire SLDS material and not sure where am I going wrong?

    I took this exam and failed as well. I did the Trailmix, Focus on Force prep and practice exams and there were several questions on the test that I did not have a frame of reference for when trying to answer them. I did enough badges and points to reach ranger level and it still isn’t enough. The trailmix that Salesforce put together does not cover what is on the exam. I don’t think I will try to take it again. It does not test whether you know UX/UI design, it tests whether you can pass a Salesforce test. What is the point of that in the real world?

I have an agent that returns a list of date/times for a user to select for creating an event record. The agent correctly retrieves the open time slots and renders a list of options with radio buttons, but does not render text of the option next to the button so I have no idea what option is what. How can this be resolved?

Hello, I'd like to ask why I get this error every time I try to create a data space.

And taking advantage of this post, I'd like to know how I can integrate a prediction API easily, simply, and effectively? Before asking this, I've already tried several options, such as importing the API from Data Cloud, but I can't seem to do it... I need to be able to integrate the API into Salesforce... :( I'm using Salesforce Developer Edition, so maybe that has something to do with it... but I don't know...

    Hi Joana,

    Are you using developer org? You won't be able to have multiple data spaces in developer org

    It is Available with add-on license: Data Spaces

Hello All,  

 

I need help for creating item to approve list for the new clients. In my org there is already item to approve list is enable but as per the standard functionality I am unable create new also we can't clone. I have tried to explore other option as well where I observe few user have unnecessary access of that item to approve list so I was trying to remove the quaue and check with which user has item to approve list access but users are not manually added as they are part of role and subordinates. I have found enhanced approvel app in app exchange but not sure if free application will work as in documents is is mention that I will have to hide the item to approve list which I can not as existing clients is already using this functionality.  

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Are you referring to create a new list view in items to approve section?

    You can create it via url hack.

    Or your requirement is different?

I have a chatbot set up, and it is routed through WhatsApp, which is how it communicates with customers. I need help with downtime. If a customer stays 10 minutes, for example, without responding, I need to return a message to re-engage. How can I solve this problem?

    I doubt this feature is possible. Being idle for long time terminates the session or session will become inactive.

Hi I wonder if someone can help. I have a Salesforce flow with the email alert. When the opportunity is closed won the email is sent to users from the the recipients list from the email alert. This stopped working since March, only for one user. The user has identical profile, permissions and email settings as other users. Nothing changed in the flow. He is the only user when he closes the opp as won, the email isn't delivered to him and others as this is how it's working for others. There is an integration with Gmail, IT checked, all seems OK. The user can send and receive emails from salesforce,  from chatter etc. What could be the issue? Thank you

    Hi Joe,

    Salesforce enforced user verification to be done for successful email sends in previous release.

    Please go to the user which is not working in this case.

    Next to the email it will have verify button.

    Click on that button.

    It will trigger an email to verify the email.

    This should be done for all users in org.

    Sample query-

    SELECT

    User.Name

    , User.Email, HasUserVerifiedEmailAddress FROM TwoFactorMethodsInfo WHERE HasUserVerifiedEmailAddress = false

My org is trying to set up some custom scoring rules for Leads. While some of the Attributes are self-explanatory, it's hard to discern the meaning or distinction with many of them from the name alone. Also, many of the established rules have an Attribute that references a Value which is simply entered as text (ex: [Attribute] is equal to "CLICK").     As recommended in the following help document, why not try using "Value Suggestion"?

    Considerations for Value Suggestion: 

    1. It may take up to 24 hours to generate the recommended value list. 

    2. A maximum of 1,000 values can be displayed for a single attribute. 

    3. Values exceeding 255 characters are not recommended. 

    4. Impact on credit consumption: 

    Enabling suggested values for text fields allows Data Cloud to periodically read selectable values from the data in the Data Model Object (DMO). This process occurs at fixed intervals of every 15 minutes and cannot be changed.
