I am currently having the same issue. If I were to disconnect my org nowadays, I do not think I can reconnect? So how can I solve this issue?

Please navigate to 1st unit of the same module :
Ps : make sure you are tackling the units of a same module from 1st unit to last one.

Hi, I'm new to Experience Cloud. I have a lead assignment rule which works fine when I create a lead from Salesforce UI. But when I create the lead on the portal as a partner user, then the emails are not getting triggered to the users in the queue. Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance

It sounds like the Email Delivery setting for the Experience Cloud site might be preventing the email from being sent. To resolve this:
Check Lead Assignment Rule: Ensure the rule is set to trigger for leads created by portal users (partner users).
Email Deliverability Settings: Go to Setup > Deliverability and make sure "Access to Send Email" is set to "All Email".
Check Profile Permissions: Ensure the partner user profile has the necessary permissions to trigger the lead assignment rule.
If everything checks out and the issue persists, check if any filters or automation are impacting the email sending.
Hey Guys I am about to finish to Agentforce Innovator but the Build Your Sales Coach and Service Agent Superbadge seems not to be working at all.
For Build Your First Sales Coach,
- The org is automatically connected with that trailhead.
- There is no option to create a new org or disconnect this linked org. I tried creating another playground, clearing the cache, logging in and logging out multiple times with a private window. Nothing works.
- I have enabled Data Cloud, Agentforce and Einstein too. There is no specific permission set for Sales Coach in the org.
For Service Agent Superbadge -
- Create 4 orgs, in the 4th org, the libraries are processed, but checking the challenge still gives an error of PDF missing or gives more time to process.

Jan 14, 2021, 7:04 AM The issue is resolved. In my case there were certain policies that my company had set in my system that was blocking the execution.
We're trying to activate a held subscriber after their email bounced 4 times. I've tried unsubscribing the contact so that I can activate them, but the contact stays greyed out. Are there any reasons why we wouldn't be able to activate a subscriber? Could it be a setting on our side, or something on the subscriber's side? Thanks!
Jun 23, 3:45 PM Hi @Georgina Arona. If this is to change one particular email address to be removed from the Undeliverable status, then the easiest method is to find the subscriber in the Subscribers List and simply change the email address to something else and then change it back to the original. That subscriber is then taken off the Undeliverable status.

I click Preview and Execute, it shows up with zero records. What is going on?

I suspect it's an issue with your filter where it's expecting a string or variable and you're giving it 0. (When you don't put quotes around the value in the filter, it expects it to be a variable.) i.e; recordId
Try changing your filter to where Id <> ''
or Id <> "$Vlocity.NULL"

Hello! We have a global marketing team that leverages account engagement for internal and external email communications. Before they send out any global notifications, they create an email per language, and send it out to the corresponding contacts. The ask is, is there a way to create 1 email template that when sent to a list of customers, the customer receives the email translated in their country/language preference? I appreciate any and all insight, it has been a few years since I have worked with account engagement. Thanks!
Jun 23, 6:12 PM Yes, the recipient will see their version of the content in their preferred language with 1 email via dynamic content.
While creating the dynamic content block, you need to select the field. Just make sure this field is available and contains values, example : consider Language as field then Language = French - block1, Language = Spanish - block2, so on. Also, there is a default block (where you add English as default content). If a record doesn’t have a value in the Language field, the default block will be displayed.
