A few years back, we had hired a third party to build out a large customization in a sandbox environment for us. Very early on in the project, I saw they were making changes to our production org and immediately alerted them to stop and revert their changes.

Needless to say, they did not revert all the changes they made, and the changes were nonsensical. (Fields for a supplier object were added and edited onto our Leads?! for example).

We obviously didn't finish working with them, but it's several years later, and I am still finding random fields and settings that they messed with in our live org. Is there any way for me to run some sort of report to see all changes made in production by a specific user?

Hi,

Marketing currently use source codes to track the traffic channels e.g. "Email"

I want to focus on the emails we send to our paid members.

I want to use source codes to add the "paid members" we're communicating to via email to a customer group to show them a personalised homepage.

E.g. when they email "Paid Members", I want to add a source code for "Email - Paid Members".

Will this mess up my co-workers tracking of "email" - as ideally I don't want them to change their way of working.

Is it possible for the user to be in 2 source codes - e.g. "Email" and "Email - Paid Members".

Many thanks,

    Hi Karen,

You can create a source code group that you would send to your paid members and attach this source code group to a campaign which could display your personalized home.

I need to create a report with a chart that shows a percentage of onboarding tasks completed by the Potential Onboarding Date.  The chart should be at 100%  30 days after the potential onboarding date.  If it's not at 70% by day 15 the chart needs to display in red indicating something is off.  I'm not clear on how to set this up.    We have a status field on  Onboarding Tasks with a picklist value of completed.  We don't have to track the date the task was completed by rather that it's status is completed.  We need to see the remaining tasks that haven't completed within 30 days of the potential onboarding date.  Hoping this makes sense.    @Reports & Dashboards

The current report chart is listed on a lightning record page within a report chart component not on a dashboard.  It shows just the data for that particular onboarding record id which is what management wants to see.

The current report chart is listed on a lightning record page within a report chart component not on a dashboard.

If adding it to a new dashboard report will give them the option to adjust colors then I can investigate that.  Do you have any kbase articles that you recommend pertaining to adjusting colors on the dashboard report?

The 70% is what management is wanting to see.  Here's their request : "By day 15 the chart should be at a 70% completion rate, if not I would like it to track Red as indicator something is off."  I haven't set this up yet as I wasn't sure how to.

I added the printscreens to one document so I wouldn't have to add multiple files but I will add them separately next time.  Thanks.

Hi,

I completed the steps on the Configure Agentforce for Service module on Trailhead but when I try to verify get the error below. Both the Agentforce Agent and Einstein Set-Up are on. Does anyone know how to fix this so that I don't have to do the module all over again?

I began learning Salesforce development on Udemy. I stopped at the code-bulkification concept about 5 months ago and want to resume my journey again. However, when I tried resuming from code-bulkification, I realized that I had lost my proficiency in the development basics. Can anyone help me clear this roadblock in my journey? Thanks!

We are having trouble with a managed package from Salesforce Labs, which is not supported by Salesforce. We have upgraded to the latest release of Lightning Article Feedback and are trying to enable Experience Cloud users to submit feedback using the new component. When clicking the thumbs up/down rating button it takes 15+ seconds for the rating count to update and the additional feedback fields to appear. Has anyone experienced this issue, or deployed it successfully? Here's our developer's description of the issue:    I am using the managed package "Article Feedback for Lightning Knowledge (Managed)" in our customer community (Experience Cloud). We are trying to use the following components from the package:  afl_ArticleFeedbackFlow (Flow)  afl__afl_ArticleFeedbackForm (LWC)  However, the performance of both components is very poor—each click takes 10 to 20 seconds to respond.

@Leon Kempers would you mind looking at this? It doesn't seem right to me that performance of the Lightning Article Feedback component in Experience Cloud would be so poor, and we're not sure where to go from here. Can you at least confirm that this is abnormal, and that customers have implemented the LWC or Flow without the latency we're seeing?

I have checked everywhere possible (I think) - object permissions, security settings, profile settings, record types etc..- but the standard buttons are still hidden on the list view page even if they are all selected in the List View Button Layout in the object manager. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Standard List view buttons doesn't appear on the list view page

    Hi Haken,

Did any of these answers work for you?

In my case none of the answers in stack overflow worked.

    Hello @Satyam Kumar

if you want to separate field access between 2 users from the same profile, you would need to create a Permission Set opening up the access on the concerned field(s) and assigning it to the Administrateur that may see these fields.

We are a travel Company and looking to run a "Welcome Home" Programme and I am struggling to set the criteria to trigger the programme.

The details are on the Opportunity including the departure date and duration and the prospect so I can create the date I want on the Opportunity but I cannot see how to get this as the trigger for the programme.

Has anyone done something similar?

Hello @Tiago Guerreiro, could you please check that you are verifying the challenge in the correct Einstein AI Playground in which you have done the configuration ?

Otherwise also check that you have saved and activated both the flow and the agent.
