Trying to access the Create Check-in Guest Event 

flow and am receiving the error attached (Error ID: 736080051). Any advice is welcome.

    We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and the delay caused.

     

    I'm from trailhead help team. There is an ongoing issue with the badge, this issue has been fixed and deployed. However, we recommend you to create a fresh playground org to proceed further with the module. Please ensure to complete all the steps from all units in the new org.

     

    Please navigate to the module, and you should be able to create a new playground org.

     

    If you still see an older playground org connected, please follow the below steps to create a new org.

     

    - Login to your trailhead account.

    - Now go to 'https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs' in a new tab.

    - Click on Create Playground & click 'Create'.

    - As soon as the playground gets created, refresh your page and you should be able to click Disconnect next to the Data Cloud org (Starting with epic..)

I have not been able to find the Field "Is Canceled" under "Set Field Values for the Booking Records" on Update Records.

Hello,

I’ve been facing a strange issue on Salesforce. Whenever I post comments, they appear perfectly fine on my side — I can see them clearly when I’m logged in. However, when I open Salesforce in incognito mode or ask a friend to check from their account, my comments are not visible to them.

I’m not sure if it’s a permission issue, a visibility setting, or something else going wrong. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello @ATHIRA R

    • In Setup----->Search  Agentforce Agents in Quick Find.
    • On the Agentforce Agents page, turn ON the Agentforce toggle at the top.
    • Then enable the Agentforce(default) Agents toggle just below it.
    • Refresh the page if the toggle doesn't appear immediately.
    • Make sure Einstein is turned ON under Einstein Setup before this step.

I'm working on "Add a Flow to Your Prompt Template" and am on this step:    "Currently all of the experiences are stored in a collection. To look at each item individually let’s add a loop.

 

Back in the flow, click Add element “” after the Get Records element.

Add a Loop element by typing Loop and selecting it.

For Label, enter Loop Experiences and keep Loop_Experiences for the API Name.

For Description, enter Loop through the collection of guest experiences. 

For Collection Variable, select Experiences from Guest Experience.

Click Save."    The problem is: when I attempt to take this step "For Collection Variable, select Experiences from Guest Experience.", no results return. I have already attempted to ensure that the previous steps were correct and I don't understand where I've gone wrong.    Thank you!

I need to write one condition in flow Like 1 OR 2 AND 3 AND 4 AND 5 or is based on recordt type but when i updated same logic in flow its ot able to activate me showing error. 

Can someone guide what type of logic we need to update

    Add Brackets after OR to separate logical conditions. 

    Ex; 

    (1 OR 2) AND (3 OR 4) 

    1 OR (2 AND 3)

Hi all, I have a flow routing the incoming messaging requests to a queue for messaging for web implementation. But I see the routing is failing for some messaging requests and flow is failing at Route Work action with this error 'The queue must be an Omni-Channel queue This Route Work invocable action did not create a valid Pending Service Routing.' Now my question is that since it works just fine for most of the messaging requests then how can there be an issue with the queue. I am not able to figure out the issue here. I have also checked the data of incoming messaging requests for both failing and passing cases and I can't see any relevant issue in the data as well. 

Has anyone faced this before? Is there something I should look at which I may be missing here?

The only available object from the dropdown is "Static Currency Rates Home". (Unified Link Individual ccid

being the actual object). Is this a known bug, and how can I get past it?

Hello all,

 

For one of our customers, we have implemented a Field Service setup. The Field Service Mobile app is being used with all standard out-of-the-box functionalities, and we have not configured any custom automations. I believe I may have encountered a platform issue, but I want to confirm if anything has been overlooked.

 

Issue:

Service Resource Users of the Field Service Mobile app are encountering an error in the Error Queue, stating they lack the permissions to delete a Product Consumed record.

 

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Add a serialized product as a Product Consumed for a Work Order (Line Item).
  2. Open the scanner to scan the serial number.
    • The Field Service Mobile app automatically performs a DML operation to create a Product Consumed record (with Quantity = 0) before the actual serial number is scanned.
  3. If the user cancels scanning without actually scanning a serial number and closes the camera:
    • The app attempts to delete the prematurely created Product Consumed record in the backend.

Result:

Since the user does not have delete permissions for the Product Consumed object, the deletion fails, and the following issues occur:

  • An error is added to the Error Queue.
  • A Product Consumed record that should not exist remains in the system.
  • The error in the Error Queue must be resolved before any further actions can be performed in the app.

What have we tried so far:

  1. Made the Service Resource User Owner of the Work Order
    • Without success
  2. Gave their profile delete access (CRUD actually) on Work Order (Since PC is on the detail side of the relation)
    • Without success
  3. Gave their profile modify all access on Work Order
    • Without success
  4. Sharing on all FSL objects to Public R/W
    • Without success
  5. Gave their profile the System Permisison of "Modify All Data"

Granting the "Modify All Data" system permission resolves this issue. However, when I revoke the "Modify All Data" permission, even though all the object-specific permissions granted by "Modify All Data" remain intact (since they are not automatically revoked), the issue reappears. This suggests that the solution involves more than just granting "Modify All" access on all relevant objects—it specifically ties to the "Modify All Data" system permission itself. However, I have been unable to pinpoint exactly what aspect of "Modify All Data" is critical to resolving the problem.

 

Can anybody help me out to resolving this seemingly simple error?
