I’ve created a custom Lightning Web Component (LWC) to use with a Custom Lightning Type (CLT) in Agentforce. It works perfectly when tested inside Agentforce Setup, but it does not render when the Service Agent runs the same agent action.

Thanks for the info! Just curious—where did you find this detail? Is there any official Salesforce documentation that mentions Lightning Types being available only for employee agents?

Are you using the following special developer org?
Past experience has shown that if you do not use this special developer org, the permission set cannot be set correctly.
We can't find that the ‘Manage Job Applications’ permission set grants read access and edit access to all Job Application fields, except edit access for Position and Candidate.{in data security module in the challenge(control access to field)}

please make the advanced seller home inactive -
setup - feature settings - home - Advanced seller home - make it as inactive
once done re-try adding the component again
