Hi 

I'm trying to pass this module/step

and facing the error when save a Quote after deleting a line in Quote.  

Error message: Your quote was not updated.

SF-Pricing-00006: The value specified for the evaluation resource for ListOperation33#1 isn’t valid. Enter a valid value for the evaluation resource and try again. Error: We couldn’t simulate the step because one or more specified resources don’t have corresponding values for evaluation. 

So I can't finish the module. 

Could someone help with this?

    Thanks for your answer. 

    I see the same picture for the GPT product. 

    I tried to press Sync for refreshing, I tried delete GPT product, I've re-created the Quote without GPT product, trier to unselect Mouse in Laptop (as requested) -same issue. 

    Seems the problem is somewhere else.

Hi Everyone, 

 

I'm currently unable to create a Service agent in the new developer org. It has given an error since last week. This seems to work just fine in an old org.  

 

Is there anyone facing this in their recently created developer orgs?

I'm unable to locate the 'Has Support Plan' or 'Support Plan Expiration Date' fields in the Account Information section for the Customize Record Pages. From what I can see, neither field appears to exist. Am I missing something?

I have a client that has apostrophes and parenthesis in some of the campaign names. I finally was able to build this formula to remove the parenthesis

var leftpremoved = IF (csv['CAMPAIGN_NAME'] contains '(',(SUBSTITUTE(csv['CAMPAIGN_NAME'],'(','')),csv['CAMPAIGN_NAME']);

LOWER(IF (leftpremoved contains ')',(SUBSTITUTE(leftpremoved,')','')),(LOWER(leftpremoved))))

 

But I can't seem to find a solution to remove the apostrophe. I've tried the suggestions in the "Escape a Metacharacter" help article , but can't get either suggested approaches to work. attempt with first approach looked like this

IF ([Campaign_Name] contains '\\'',(SUBSTITUTE([Campaign_Name],'\\'','')),[Campaign_Name])

attempt with second approach

IF ([Campaign_Name] contains '\\Q'\\E',(SUBSTITUTE([Campaign_Name],'\\Q'\\E','')),[Campaign_Name])

    Instead of typing the apostrophe into the Find box, copy the character from one of the cells and paste it into the Find box.

I'm in the playground org for an Agents Champion badge.  I selected an incorrect field in Step 4 and need to edit the Object.  How do I save changes?  I've tried deactivating the flow, but I'm still unable to save. Also tried creating a new version -- also unable to save edits in the new version.    OK, the flow has pinpointed the first record in the Unified Link table. Time to use the Unified ID from that record to find the Reserv-o-matic ID.

  1. Click the Unified Link 2 element.
  2. For Data Source, choose Data Cloud Object.
  3. For Data Space, choose default.
  4. For Object, choose Unified Link Individual ccid.  This is in fact the same object from the first element.
  5. In the Filter Records section, for Field, choose Unified Individual Id.  This is the actual name of the Unified ID column from the first table.
  6. For Value, copy and paste {!Unified_Link_1.UnifiedRecordId__c}.  This is a pointer to the Unified ID from the first query. When you click away from the Value, the text is replaced with a placeholder.

Step #3: Click Create Check-In Guest Event

, however it is not an available flow.  I tried following the steps but it is not populating in the menu.  How should I proceed?

    I'm from trailhead help team. Could you please disconnect from the old playground, create a new playground. 

     

    please follow the below steps to create a new org.

     

    - Login to your trailhead account.

    - Now go to 'https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs' in a new tab.

    - Click on Create Playground & click 'Create'.

    - As soon as the playground gets created, refresh your page and you should be able to click Disconnect next to the Data Cloud org (Starting with epic..) 

    - Navigate to the module, now you should be able to create a new playground. 

     

    Note: Please make sure to complete the following unit steps again in new org:

I'm working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder) and I want to ensure that all follow-up emails sent to a contact remain in the same email thread

(like a conversation in Gmail or Outlook).

    Hello @Abhishek Rathore

     

    To keep all follow-up emails in the same thread in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, set the "Message-ID" and "In-Reply-To" or "Reference" headers to be consistent across all related emails . Thimakeske Gmail and Outlook group them as one Conversation. 

    Use AMPscript in your email to set a unique Message-ID for the first email(e.g.based on SubscribedKey or Journey data). 

    For all follow, ups set the "In-Reply-To" and "References" headers to the original Message-ID using AMPscript and Transantional Send API options. 

    Make sure the subject line stays the same, as big changes can break threading.
