    @Keiji Otsubo The solution you propose does not work, at least in my case I have tried creating new ones 3 times and always the same problem since it seems that the automatic mapping is not doing it well

In the New Travel Approval, in the department section the TECHNOLOGY option isn't coming in the picklist. Help me in the issue.

    Hello @Hardik Shrivastava, make sure you have correctly imported the department field, from the file within the following archive (from first unit "Create a Travel Approval Lightning App") : https://developer.salesforce.com/files/content/learn/projects/add-reports-and-dashboards-to-a-travel-approval-app/2022-12-22-TravelAppWorkshopFiles.zip

     

    1. From Setup, click the Home tab.
    2. In the Quick Find box, enter Data Import and select Data Import Wizard.
    3. Click Launch Wizard! 
    4. Click the Custom Objects tab and select the Departments object.
    5. Next, select Add new records.
    6. Drag and drop the Departments.csv file you downloaded in Step 1 - Create a Travel Approval Lightning App to the Drag CSV file here to upload section, or click the CSV icon and browse to select your file. Select Next.
    7. Since the field names in the CSV file (CSV Header) are the same as the field names in your object (Mapped Salesforce Object), the fields are automatically mapped. Click Next

I've verified that Opportunity records can be inserted manually in my org, but the error persists even after multiple attempts. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    Hi Muskan,

    Try unchecking the checkbox "deselect the checkbox Restrict picklist to the values ​​defined in the value set" in Picklist (Multi-Select) Options in the settings for "Close Reason".

An unexpected error occurred while inserting Opportunity records and we couldn't check your work. Make sure Opportunity records can be inserted in this org, and click "Check Challenge" again. If this continues, contact the Trailhead Help team.

I cannot find the "Google This Account" button. I am between steps 13 and 14 and I fear that I may have locked myself out of progressing further. Can anyone recommend me a previous module to look at to get out of this rut?

    Hello @Shrawan Singh Gohil, that is not this kind of topics. 

    Please go to your agent (Setup > Agentforce Agents > Edit the sales agent > Open in Builder). There you would be able to add topics to your agent).

I found error in my super badge that I completed one change in that but after that I will not remined that which developer ogre I have completed my previous change and I Trie new developer ogre of same superbadge but that time I was  rest password again thought email than it  are asking the username and password again than I have forgot the password but they are asking security answer that are also not remind me than what I have to do for completing this superbadge

    Hello @Lucky Junghare

     if you have connected your superbadge's playground you can log in back to it by clicking the Lauch button. Make sure the correct playground is selected. 

    Otherwise, you would need to start over your superbadge on a brand new playground. Good luck ! Eric

    Hello @Harshitha Marri you are trying to create a user in an old playground with all possible users licenses already used. Either deactivate users (not the one you use for you to take the module) or create a brand new playground to take the challenge (click the 3 dot icon, next to Launch button, in the Challenge section > Create playground).
