Working on Agentforce for Service Superbadge Unit.
It says:
Set Up the Agent and Agentforce Data Library
Configure the agent and set up data libraries to deliver accurate and consistent responses. The org already has an Agentforce Service Agent called Coral Cloud Experience Agent
. -> my org does not have this agent set up. What should I do?

Playgroundで設定完了して、Agentforceも正常に動いて完了しているはずなのですが、100ポイント獲得のアイコンがグレーアウトされており完了できないのですが、原因と解決策があれば教えてください。

Agentblazer Championのトレイルで、
「外部データを取引先責任者ページレイアウトに取り込む」の、
「ID 解決を設定する」ステップでいかがうまくいかずスタックしています。
Identifying Resolutionから、PrimaryData Model Objectを選択したいのですが、写真のようにプルダウンが表示されません。どなたか解決策をご存じないでしょうか。
- [Identity Resolutions (ID 解決)] タブをクリックします。
- [New (新規)] をクリックします。
- [Create New Ruleset (ルールセットを新規作成)] をクリックして、[Next (次へ)] をクリックします。
- [Select Data Space (データスペースを選択)] メニューは [default (デフォルト)] が選択されたままにします。
- [Primary DMO (プライマリ DMO)] で [Individual (個人)] を選択します。
- [Ruleset ID (ルールセット ID)] に ccid と入力します。 これは、Coral Cloud Identification の略です。
- [Next (次へ)] をクリックします。

Hi Community: I have a quesiton, In Journey Builder filters, if I want contact to be entered when a field called activity is empty, do I have to set isNotNull = true and doesNotEquall = empty, or is isNotNull = true enough? The same applies to null cases. Should I set IsNull to true or equal = empty? Thanks

Are you referring to the "Contact Filter" when setting up the Entry Source in Journey Builder?
If you want to allow entry only when the value is NULL, you’ll need to select “is null” in the Filter Criteria. However, since I’m not familiar with how your data is structured, I recommend testing it in your environment.
