    Hi @BHARGAV RAM DASARI

Try adding dates etc. to avoid duplicate usernames.

1.All Salesforce usernames are unique, for all users, across all Organizations (including Trial Orgs, Production orgs and Sandboxes).

2.Salesforce Username does not have to be the user's email address. For more information, please review Salesforce username does not have to be your email address. For a user, there's an additional field named email address which can be a duplicate. That is, multiple users can share the same email address.

I am facing issues when creating new Identity resoultions. I have counter checked Data Stream and Data Model had been set up successfully and waited for hours for Primary Data Model Object to pop up the selection list without any success. I've noticed many are encountered the same issues.

So I tried to follow the following steps mentioned by some:

  1. Click Data Model tab.
  2. Click ExternalReservation.
  3. Click Relationships tab.Ensure a relationship is there, if not, click Edit.
  4. Check the Show inactive relationships box.
  5. If an inactive ExternalReservation Contact ID appears, toggle the Active to On.
  6. If nothing appears, use the following information to add a new relationship:
  7. Field: Contact ID

    Cardinality: N:1

    Related Object: Individual

    Related Field: Individual Id

when I try to add a new relationship +New Relationship button is disabled and so unable to add.  Please suggest the steps to solve this issue.

    Hi ,

I figured this one out. I'm not sure why it happens, but something with new playgrounds created today. Here are the steps to fix:

    1. Click the App Launcher, type data, then click the Data Cloud app.
    2. Click the Data Model tab.
    3. Click the ExternalReservation record.
    4. Click the Relationships tab next to the Details tab.
    5. Click the Edit button in the Relationships section.
    6. Check the box to Show inactive relationships.
    7. Update the mapping to Contact records to be Active.
    8. Click the Save button.

You should now be able to create the related list. My apologies for no screenshots for steps 6-8. Didn't catch it as I went, and afterwards, it takes forever to load the ExternalReservation's Relationships records.

     Hi @Azhan Khan,

Ensure that the "Case Console Record Page" associated with the Case object is correctly activated and designated to the appropriate profiles or applications within Lightning Record Pages. Ensure it is designated as the default page for the corresponding app. Additionally, check the page in various browsers to eliminate browser-related problems, since cache or settings might lead to rendering issues. Finally, verify the layout and visibility configurations in Lightning App Builder to make sure the field visibility rules and dynamic form settings are implemented correctly. This will assist in determining if the problem pertains to activation, browser, or page layout settings

    Thanks

Hi,

I'm new to Agentforce and trying to understand how

Inbound and Outbound Omni-Channel Flows work in the Agentforce setup.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, I’m currently on the Connections tab where it shows options for:

  • Inbound Omni-Channel Flows
  • Outbound Omni-Channel Flow
  • Escalation Message

I haven’t added any flows yet and I’m unsure:

  1. How do these Omni-Channel flows function within Agentforce?
  2. Do I need to build these flows from scratch in Flow Builder, or are there templates or best practices to follow?
  3. What should typically be included in Inbound vs. Outbound flows for a simple AI chat assistant setup?

Any examples, links, or setup guidance would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance for your support!

Need Help Understanding Omni-Channel Flows in Agentforce. Could anyone guide on this?

Hi! If I have static lists that are public so they are visible on the Email Preference center page, what happens when a prospect chooses to opt-out from one of them? Will they still remain a member of the list and the thing that changes is the 'opt-out status of list' - or, will they be removed from the list?

Thanks!!

    Michelle, yes you're right.

    1. A prospect can toggle any of the lists on and off if they click through to the preference centre.

    2. In which case, the Opted Out field stays false and they stay on those lists. But they won't receive emails sent to any of the lists they've opted out from.

    3. Opted Out would only change to true if they check the box to 'opt out from all communications' on the preference page.

    4. After that, they won't receive any marketing emails regardless of list membership. But they'll still be a member of those lists.

Hi,

I finished the "Configure Agentforce for Service" yesterday. In fact I received en email confirming it (screenshot 1).

However, when I go again to trailhead it is showed as incomplete (screenshots 2 and 3).

Why this happen and how can I solve it so it is marked as complete?

Thanks!

You didn't connect to a playground org where you set up the solution

I activated the "Agent for setup" and it is perfectly working for all users but I need to restrict for some users.

Do you know how to restrict "Agent for Setup" for some users under same profile e.g. some users under System Administrator can access this agent not for all. I found some permission set need to be setup but it is not working.

Did anyone explore this, please help. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

    Hi @Swapan Das

    - This should come for all. I think its a new update from Summer 25. Make sure that the org is in latest version.

From the agent access section you can select the agents which should be accessed.

Step in Data Cloud and Einstein AI not yet completed

It seems that the flow element ‘Unified Link 2’ does not have the correct settings for the first filter.
