CURRENT QUESTION:  

Enable Supporting Features and Activate Sales Coaching

1. Be sure to take the steps at the top of this page to get a new Trailhead Playground with Agentforce sales coaching and connect it.
2. Then, from the playground home page, click the gear icon and click Setup.
3. In the Quick Find box type Sales Coach and click Agentforce Sales Coach.
4. The Agentforce Sales Coach Setup wizard makes it easy to enable all the required supporting features. It shows you a list of the features that you need and which ones are enabled. Click Enable All.

MY ISSUE: 

1.  I don't see enable all. I am assuming it is because both are already checked, however,  

2. The screenshot in the instructions shows three features, including "einstein copilot", but my playground is only showing two.  

I am on the first step, so there wasn't any instructions about enabling copilot. Not sure if I should proceed with only two features or do something else?  

I have added both the instructions snapshot as well as my playground for reference.

Hello, I'm taking the Module: Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language and i'm unable to find the Flow named: Create Check-in Guest Event

. My playground access ends tomorrow. Hope you can help me resolve asap 

 am stuck on Transform Multiple Records and getting a error and trying to fix it

We can’t find a Transform element named 'Transform Opp Collection'. Make sure the API Name is 'Transform_Opp_Collection'.  

I think i need to aim for a salesforce admin career initially. Would u pls give me a wide pic and tell me where and how to start my journey?

And also chat GPT told me in 6months i can start applying for jobs even as a beginner is that realistic or optimistic?

hi I'm passing the challenge for user creation. And I can't understand what's wrong. System saying that it doesn't see user name "test user" but what email address in this case I need to add to username? I'm adding mine and obviously it doesn't help. I can't add just "testuser" in username field because it should be email

Hello, 

When walkingthough a module of Mute Permissions in Permission Set Groups ( salesforce admin ) and especially when trying to activate the contract,I encountering this

"Insufficient Privileges

You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors." 

Can you help please ?
