It seems that the flow element ‘Unified Link 2’ does not have the correct settings for the first filter.

When a user asks the Agent, "I want to update Jon Does contact information" I would like the Agent to display the record details in a screen flow form so that the user can see the entire record at one time and make updates to the record. Currently, I am using autolaunch flows but this means that when you tell the Agent "I want to update Jon Does contact information" the agent will ask for the field you want updated plus you will have to type in the value(s) for the fields too - not very seamless.

@Divya Chauhan Can you please let me know what you mean by creating a screen with a form? I am unable to select a screenflow under Agent reference action. Should the screen based flow have any specific components in order show as agentforce action?

We are currently working on an QuickBook integration using Flows and have been utilizing External Services to make callouts within the flows. However, we have encountered an issue where we are hitting the Salesforce limit of 1,250 active External Service objects per org.    Please let me know if anyone has an idea regarding this limit.

unfortunately I don't think you'll have luck asking Salesforce to raise this limit.

I've seen many customers accomplish similar workflows in a spreadsheet where you'll have more flexibility. For example - you could use the free

Coefficient Connector for QuickBooks and Salesforce

to setup automatic data imports from both systems into Google Sheets or Excel (wherever you're more comfortable), and then build out your analysis directly in the spreadsheet where you'll have more analytical flexibility and none of these arbitrary limits.

Hi Guys!

I created a model that classifies a lookup field. It works fine when I use the "Select Value" or "Automate Value" options. However, I want to use this model via Flow, using the endpoint /services/data/vXX.X/actions/standard/applyCaseClassificationRecommendations. But the JSON it sends does not return my lookup field. Could this be a limitation?

Hi @Amy Jacobs - In Salesforce Classic, “adding Products” to an Opportunity always goes through Price Books—here’s the end‑to‑end process:

    1. Make sure you have Products and Price Book Entries

    1. Create Products
      • Setup → Customize → Products → ProductsNew
      • Fill in Name, Product Code, check Active, and Save.
    2. Add them to a Price Book
      • Setup → Customize → Price Books → Standard Price Book → click it
      • Click Add Product, select your Product, set the Standard Price, and Save.
      • (You can also create Custom Price Books the same way under Price Books.)

    2. Expose the “Products” related list on your Opportunity layout

    1. Setup → Customize → Opportunities → Page Layouts
    2. Edit the layout you’re using.
    3. From the palette’s Related Lists section, drag Products onto the page (usually below the Details).
    4. Save the layout.

    3. On the Opportunity, select a Price Book

    1. Open (or create) your Opportunity record.
    2. In the Price Book lookup, click the magnifying glass and choose the Standard Price Book (or whichever custom one you set up).
    3. Save the Opportunity.

    4. Click Add Products and choose your products

    1. On the Opportunity detail page you’ll now see an Add Products button in the Products related list.
    2. Click Add Products → check the Products you want → set Quantity (and Sales Price, if you want to override) → Save.
    3. The products become OpportunityLineItems (Opportunity Products) and appear in that related list.

I am trying to figure out how to run a report by Fund showing the Fund balance for recurring gifts, what gets tricky is when a gift is split it doesn't show the balance for the split portion.  Does anyone out there have a report that can do that? The only balance amount I can get for a split gift is the total balance amount of the gift from the recurring gift, so it double counts. I cannot figure out if there is even a way to do this, or if anyone else runs a Pledge Balance report by Fund like this.... I have attached a sample.  Thank you very much in advance for any help or comment replies!  Salesforce support mentioned to post this question here, as they work on seeing if they can find anything.

    Hi @Sherry Hung

    -

    1. Re‑run the “Check Challenge”

    It may not have auto‑synced.

    1. Open the Configure Agentforce for Service module.
    2. Scroll to the bottom and click Check Challenge again.
    3. Wait for the spinner—sometimes it takes 30 seconds to pick up your org’s metadata.

    2. Verify you’re in the right Playground

If you’ve got multiple hands‑on orgs, Trailhead might be pointing at the wrong one.

    1. In Trailhead, click your avatar → Hands‑On Orgs.
    2. Make sure your Agentforce for Service Playground is both Connected and Active.
    3. If it says Inactive or isn’t listed, click Connect an Org, log in to your original Playground, and authorize Trailhead again.

    3. Check that your Lightning page still exists & is Active

If someone (or you, in another tab) accidentally deleted or de‑activated the Customer_Account_Page record page, the checker won’t find it.

    1. In your Playground, go to Setup → Lightning App Builder.
    2. Find Customer Account Page (API Name = Customer_Account_Page).
    3. If it’s missing, recreate it exactly per the module instructions.
    4. If it’s present but inactive, click EditActivate → set Org Default for the Account object → Save.

    4. Hard‑refresh your browser & clear cache

Leftover cookies or cached JS can show stale progress.

    • Log out of Trailhead.
    • Hard‑refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or clear your browser’s cache.
    • Log back in, navigate to the module, and hit Check Challenge once more.

If it still won’t mark complete - Contact Trailhead Support: go to trailhead.salesforce.com/help and open a case, attaching a screenshot of the incomplete step and your Playground’s org ID.

I keep running into issues with missing background content or modules not completing even though it appears as if all requirements are fulfilled. Many similar posts but have yet to find a solution. Is the Admin Beginner broken? Most recent example below...

Trailhead is looking for a custom detail‐page button exactly called Google Info on your Contact page layout. If it can’t find it, it wasn’t added (or was mis‑named). Here’s how to fix it:

    1. Create the “Google Info” button on Contact

    1. In Setup, click the gear → Object ManagerContact.
    2. In the left sidebar, select Buttons, Links, and Actions.
    3. Click New Button or Link.
    4. Configure as follows (matching the challenge instructions):
      • Label: Google Info
      • Name (API): Google_Info
      • Display Type: Detail Page Button
      • Behavior: Display in new window
      • Content Source: URL
      • URL:

    pgsqlCopyEdithttps://www.google.com/search?q={!Contact.Name}

    Click Save.

    2. Add the button to your Contact page layout

    1. Still on the Contact object, click Page Layouts.
    2. Next to the layout you’re using (e.g. Contact Layout), click Edit.
    3. Above the layout canvas, click the Buttons palette.
    4. In the “Custom Buttons” area, find Google Info and drag it into the Contact Detail header section (where the other action buttons live).
    5. Click Save on the layout.

    3. Verify and Check Challenge

    1. Navigate to any Contact record in Lightning and confirm you see a Google Info button next to the standard actions.
    2. Return to Trailhead and hit Check Challenge—it should now detect your button and complete that step

Hello! I need assistance with this one. The steps below don't appear to be lining up with what I am seeing. I am stuck on 7 where is says to "Select Record Detail Component (1)" but when I select where the "1" is in the screenshot it just edits the Quick Summary section and none of the options after 7 are available. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
