Become an Agentblazer Champion Challenge

Greetings. I am trying to complete the Agentblazer Champion badge but am stuck on this module 

Become an Agentblazer Champion > Connect Data Cloud to Agentforce and Prompt Builder > Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout

 

I am stuck on this step: For Data Cloud Object, choose ExternalReservation

 

There is no ExternalReservation as option.

    Hi , 

     

    I figured this one out. I'm not sure why it happens, but something with new playgrounds created today. Here are the steps to fix:

    1. Click the App Launcher, type data, then click the Data Cloud app.
    2. Click the Data Model tab.
    3. Click the ExternalReservation record.
    4. Click the Relationships tab next to the Details tab.
    5. Click the Edit button in the Relationships section.
    6. Check the box to Show inactive relationships.
    7. Update the mapping to Contact records to be Active.
    8. Click the Save button.

    You should now be able to create the related list. My apologies for no screenshots for steps 6-8. Didn't catch it as I went, and afterwards, it takes forever to load the ExternalReservation's Relationships records.

    Did you follow the steps below to create a user?

    If yes, make sure you are using the correct playground.

    • Create a new user:
      • Open Setup in the org
      • In the Quick Find box, enter users and then select Users
      • Click New User
      • Enter the first name and last name
      • For Alias, enter testuser
      • For Email, enter your email address
      • For Username, enter <YourInitials>_testuser_<YYYYMMDD>@example.com. (Usernames must be unique across all Salesforce orgs.)
      • For License, select Salesforce
      • For Profile, select Minimum Access - Salesforce
      • For Role, select Western Sales Team
      • Click Save

Unable to Verify completion in Sandbox

Hi there,  

 

I've gone through and completed all the necessary tasks in the Agentforce agent I built in the "Configure Agentforce for Service" trail, however, at the bottom, the "verify for 100 points" is grayed out. Will this auto sync eventually? Or is there something wrong? I don't want to have to re-create the entire agent so would love to know if you can see on your end, what is going on.  please help me as soon as possisble.

    Hi , 

     

     

    To resolve this: the name has to be exactly "Create Check-in Guest Event", or it doesn't register it, even if it works. I'd had to change the name because I'd made several versions trying to get it to work, and had kept the versions so I could see what I had already tried. I had to delete all the other versions, change the name to the original name, and then re-add it to Einstein. Then it finally accepted it.

Challenge no. 3 Error: We can’t find the 'Executive Performance and AI Readiness' dashboard with the proper home page configuration

Hi Team, 

I am completely stuck on Challenge no. 3 in "Dashboard Insights for Agentforce readiness Superbadge" challenge.

I am getting the below error: 

"We can’t find the 'Executive Performance and AI Readiness' dashboard with the proper home page configuration" 

 

Not sure if this is an issue with Lighting App builder OR am I doing something wrong. 

I've configured a Home page app named "Agentforce Readiness" as instructed but still having an issue. 

I've also Activated the App choosing the "App & Profile" setting then adding Standard User and System Admin but doesn't seem to have resolved the issue (snapshot attached) 

 

Can someone assist please?

I am stuck in the challenge 3 of this new superbadge. 

 

Here the details of the challenge:

Implement sharing and access to the Executive Performance and AI Readiness dashboard.

Getting the following error:

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 

We can’t find the 'Executive Performance and AI Readiness' dashboard with the proper viewer configuration.

In my opinion I have modified the dashboard as requested. 

Attached how it looks. 

 

Has anyone experienced this error? 

If so, how did you design the dashboard?

UseCases of Case Object

 

We are training organization,  In our org we have person accounts for  our trainees. 

Sometime Trainees doesn't complete the training with us, we want to bring them back to us. 

Is the Case Object good candidate for re-engagement purpose or should I go Custom Object approach?

    Hi, 

     

    The Case object is meant for support and service-related issues, so it's not ideal for re-engagement tracking. A custom object is better suited, as it allows you to tailor fields, automation, and reporting specifically for trainee follow-ups.
