How do I create playgrounds to get hands on experience for Agentblazer champion badge? There are no instructions to create one but modules have step by step instructions on creating prompt etc after we have one.

My default playground created for SF platform modules do not have the same features allowing this.

hey everyone

just wanted to drop in and share where i’m at , currently i’m in the middle of interviews ( 3rd interview ) for a salesforce technical ( end-user)  support role. had my second interview earlier today with the hiring manager (who’d be my boss) and a few hours later they emailed me to schedule a panel interview

kinda freaking out a bit lol. excited for sure but also nervous since everything’s moving so fast. feels like they’re really interested which is awesome but now i’m overthinking everything

has anyone here gone through something like this? where the process moves really quick? and if you’ve done a panel interview before — what should i expect? how did you stay calm and not freeze up

any tips on how to prepare or things you wish you had known going into it? i just want to make sure i come across as myself and show them i’d be a good fit, not just technically but vibe wise too

appreciate any advice, thanks so much

Hello everybody I am currently completing Set Organization-Wide Defaults and Create a Role Hierarchy. At the end of the whole thing I get this error message We couldn't find the field 'Status' on the Position object. Review the instructions for creating the field name. I am positive I have completed the steps as directed. Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution.

Set Organization-Wide Defaults and Create a Role Hierarchy problem.

    Hi @Sebastian betters

    -

    1. Make sure the "Status" is created for the Position Object.

    2. Click the "Status" field

    3. Go to "View Field Accessibility"

    4. Look for the "Field accessibility for Field:" menu and choose " Status"

    5. Look for "Field Access", and select Hidden

    6. Look for "Field-Level Security", and select the "Visible" checkbox

    7. Click Save

If the above changes are done and still you are getting the error then try the below hack-

    1. Clear your browser cache or log out and back into Salesforce. Sometimes changes don't appear immediately.
    2. Make sure there are no validation rules or other configurations blocking the creation or visibility of the field.
    3. Make sure your profile has complete access to this field/object, including read, create, and edit, and ensure that field is visible for your profile.
    4. Check that a field is added to the page layout with the correct record type.

If the field is created correctly and still causing the error, try deleting it again and creating it from scratch, following the exact instructions in the challenge. Hope that helps!

There are two possible problems/ or things you have missed.

    1. The field is not added to the page layout. You can this by going to Object Manager>>Account>>Page Layouts>>Account Layout and search for the Support Plan Start Date. If this is not added to the Page layout do add this.
    2. The Field level security for the user profiles. Goto Object Manager>>Account>>Fields and Relationships>>Support Plan Start Date>>Set Field-Level Security. And make this field visible to all the profiles in your org.

I was able to figure it out. The reason the Has Support option was missing was because it needed to be created in the previous module.
