Hello everyone, i solved the bug creating a empty case with "Product Support" record type and worked!
I wanted to use current date in prompt builder, however, it displays the current date as being in 2023. I've used phrases such as today's date, current date. Not sure where it is picking up this date...I've tried in both our prod and sandbox instance, they are slightly different dates but both in 2023..

@Sam Sallis, Looks like the problem is that Agentforce Prompt Builder is still showin 2023 as the current date, even tho it's actually 2025 now. That probly means it's not gettin the date from the system like it should, but instead using some old fixed value or cached datamaybe from the enviroment or test setup.
Also, Prompt Builder doesn’t automatically understand stuff like “current date” or “today’s date” and switch it with the real one. It's probly just pulling from some static info. So if you want it to actually use the real current date, you’ll need to pass it in yourself maybe with a Flow variable, some Apex code, or some other dynamic way.

According to the platform, to access the Prompt Builder, I need to have one of the following: Einstein for Sales, Einstein for Platform, or Einstein for Service. However, I don’t know how to get access to any of these. Does anyone know how to enable this? Otherwise, I won’t be able to move forward with my studies in this area.

If you're doing a quiz-style challenge, you might not have a play area where you can do what you're describing.

Hello people, I have a POC to testing two real cases with agentforce: as type Service Agent and also, einstein summary tool, to summary messaging sessions. In my test I have changed originals LLM model from prompt builder to another models.
To my service agent, i change LLM model to Claude 3.7 in propmt used at action Answers Questions with Knowledge;
To einstein summary tool, in prompt, I changed to Gemini 2.5 PRO, to generate summary texts about conversation in messaging session.
In yours opinions, which better LLM model to my cases? or which model you are used to Service Agent and Einstein Summary Records.

Each LLM model has it's own unique way of retrieving data and giving the output.
Claude models work good, GPT latest version as well work well.
You can customize any model using Einstein Studio in Data Cloud and this improves uniqueness of response , reduces repeatable words etc.
For better control its bring your own LLM.

I see in documentation that there is a Beta connector but in the absence of that , How can we connect Dynamics to Data Cloud.
Can i use tools like Ingestor API or STFP connection to stream data from Dynamics. I could find much documentation on this .

If there's a beta connector I'd recommend working through it. Over time it will have the best support and the least need for architectural changes.
If that won't work you can configure an API connection. SFTP works well, but it won't approach streaming data. You'll have much more latency.
I’m working with Permission Sets to grant users access to a custom object and its fields. I’ve assigned the Permission Set to the users, but they still can’t see or edit the records. I’ve double-checked that the Permission Set includes the necessary object and field permissions. What other factors should I check to troubleshoot this issue? Could it be related to profiles, sharing settings, or something else? Any advice would be appreciated!
