As I know Einstein activity capture would only store data for not more than 6 months. What would be the best approach or any other feature of salesforce or tool one can recommend to use? Something that would not cost a lot to the organization as organisation at the early stages of salesforce CRM adoption. As org sees value in future, they would be happy to invest more

I'm checking out the new features for the Summer Release in our sandbox and noticed I have chinese characters in the automation app.  I've checked the locale and language and they're all English, is anyone else seeing this and any tips on how to get it to convert back to English?

I want to execute a conditional action block in the Integration Procedure based on the length of a value that I am passing from OmniScript. However, I am unable to use any length function in the formula. Please let me know if there is any workaround to determine the length.

Hi everyone, 

I currently have two exams scheduled at some point in the future because I got two Voucher Codes in the past but haven't had the time (and still don't) to actually study and take the exam. Now Salesforce sent out an email that you either have to take the exam before July 21st or cancel it and do it later. But as far as I know, when you booked the exam with a Voucher and cancel it, you don't get any info about the Voucher code. As I don't have the Voucher codes anymore, I would like to cancel my booked exams and retrieve the codes.  

Does anybody know how to achieve this? Already opened a case a while ago but so far, Salesforce has refused to reply.
