上記の手順ですが、Chatのアイコンをひらいてもエージェントが反応しません。どこかの設定に間違いがある可能性がありますか?また、それはどちらの設定でしょうか?

I activated the "Agent for setup" and it is perfectly working for all users but I need to restrict for some users. 

Do you know how to restrict "Agent for Setup" for some users under same profile e.g. some users under System Administrator can access this agent not for all. I found some permission set need to be setup but it is not working.

    Hi @Swapan Das

     

    You can grant agent access to specific users by using permission sets. 

     

    In permission set there is a section called "Agent Access". Here you can control the access and share it with respective users. With this you can control access.

Hi. Is there a way to assign specific Agentforce agents to different Salesforce apps in Financial Service Cloud? 

For example, I want to assign 'Insurance Service Assistance' agent to 'Insurance Agent Console' app. Then, I want to assign 'Banking Relationship Assistance' agent to 'Commercial Banking' app.

    Hi Goutam,

    Try unchecking the checkbox "deselect the checkbox Restrict picklist to the values ​​defined in the value set" in Picklist (Multi-Select) Options in the settings for "Close Reason".Please make sure that you don't have any apex logic or validation rules to prevent insertion. Do try in a different browser as well.

    Hi , 

     

     

    I don't think any thing wrong in Component.

     

    Suppose if XML is not proper (Say target missing ) then we will not get option to drag the component on Home page.

     

    Unfortunitly, In this case I would also suggest please go with new Org now.

    No worries it will a revison of those deployment commands :) (I usually did multiple times).

     

    Simply Authorise again with SFDX:Authorise an org and login with new playground org.

We could not find an active record page on the Case object with the name 'Case Console Record Page'. 

Facing this issue even i created the record

    Also do check it in different browser.

hey, i have made a community website, in which i m using a standard login and signup page provided by salesforce administration, but i also want to add a customer consent page after signup step , how do i do that, is there any way to achieve it, without replacing the standard signup page
